We were very pleased with our stay. The suite was large, beds were comfortable. Very good breakfast and even gave a snack bag with water free of charge. The only thing i would suggest would be to put more hooks in the bath for hanging clothes and another towel rack. They also had a computer and printer which was very convenient and a large TV.

Too much noice In the corridor by the cleaning 'staff can’t sleep once cleaning staff tried to enter my room without knocking while I was sleeping. Secondly they must have carpets in rooms floor is too cold other than that everything is ok

I was visiting ottawa for first time, I did the booking 3 days before. At the reasonable price, they offered facilities such as laundry, gym, breakfast! I was able to get hotel parking at 20 dollar only. Rooms were clean, everything was above my expectations.

We booked this room on a whim and it was great. We got there a little early and the room wasnt ready which was completely fine as we got to go look at the parliment and the market. We were upgraded from a queen to a king by them and the rooms are great with a kitchenette and a living area. 2 big tvs, a computer workstation. Hubby appreciated the sleep sound machine. We are looking forward to booking here again next summer!
