This location is far from the bus stop so if you are getting there by bus you are looking at a minimum 20 minutes walk.But it is clean and quiet. The interior is tastefully furnished with African/tropical furniture gives it a unique look I was having difficulty with WIFI when I tried to watch a movie on my mobile device it kept buffering.Overall it was a good stay

Include a iron press for customers so they can press their clothes. AC temp. Should be a little cooler at night for better sleep otherwise everything was satisfactory according to the budget.

The reviews are accurate. Its a new property so its very minimalistic. My room was a standard, so more bare bones than the photos. (No throw blanket, no lamps, no towels/papertowels in public areas/bathrooms). It is VERY clean, and the minimalism makes it appear even more so. The patio is small but cute with a great nighttime view of the moon and stars. There is no TV in the livingroom, which I found quite comical because theres a BEAUTIFUL sectional couch, facing a huge plain wall with literally nothing on it. Lol Great value, but bring your own nighttime light source and extra blankets if needed. If I were the owner, id invest in some throw blankets, kleenex boxes and a tapestry or two for the plain bedroom walls. Would take it from bare bones to minimalistic boho chic. :-) Id STAY again *wink*

Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities We got there : A lady saw us at the door… Then sent a message concerning the conditions of the rental… A message se were supposed to get the day before! Property was a rooming house. Rooms not very soundproof. We were totally disappointed to learn upon our arrival , that we had to share a bathroom with 4 other guests ! It’s basically someone’s home that they took 4 upstairs bedrooms , put locks them and rent them out ! This property is unsafe. A stranger can get in to the building using a pass code... The light of the corridor at night was visible through the door at night, that and the poor window shade was good in a sense, at night when you want to use the bathroom, you don’t need to switch on the ceiling light! The only in the room! The mechanism of the window was broken and we could not close it, se se had to remove the screen and pull it by hand ! but could not close it completly, I must say though that it was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. But no extra blanket we used a towel on our feet... It is very stark. No pictures, no lamps only an overhead light, no facecloths, no TV, no laptop space Facility is new & very Sparse No plates No coffee cups no bedside lamps No radio/Alarm clock, it is very basic... Parking is limited for only 2 cars... So likely you have to park on the street, the being very narrow, it might be a challenge in winter... In the morning I went to the ki

No desk in room so completely unsuitable for any working person, very limited parking and zero parking in winter months, BUT very cold without additional bedding. Kudos to those that have tried to make a hotel out of a residential house, but they forgot key elements.

Pretty much a suburban hostel, situated in a residential house in a residential neighborhood. Four bedrooms on our floor, with one shared bathroom. A bed with poor quality pillows and a desk. One bath towel provided. No TV. Clean and modern. The host could not be contacted and did not meet us there. No instructions about the food in the frig and freezer, as far as whether we could indulge in them or not. Internet was fine. Not my cup of tea, but this may appeal to some.
