Spacious cozy and comfortable villa (135m²) by the beach and dunes

Light, space, peace and beach, to get a breath of fresh air and to recover. A large, attractive living room with a fireplace, a sitting area and a separate sitting area for TV. The light streams in from all sides and the birds fly in and out in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen and a large dining room table can seat 6 people. Three spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. The Mediterranean bathroom has a walk-in shower, large corner bath, washbasin, hanging toilet and hairdryer. We have made work on the interior so that you can feel at home. In the first rays of sunshine in February you can already drink coffee outside on the terrace on the south side. The house is suitable for families with small children, for pets (safe fenced garden, close to the beach), large children or for several couples who spend their holidays together. Our house is located in the North Sea park within walking distance of the beaches of Ouddorp. You can easily reach the village of Ouddorp or Goederede by bike. Our house itself is an oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in every season. A short walk of less than 600 meters takes you to the beautiful nature reserve and the famous beaches: 15 kilometers of beach, dunes and forest with a network of cycling and walking paths. After a walk, cross the dune and spot seals and birds!

Charmantes und geräumiges Haus
Schöne, ruhige Gegend mit tollen Sandstränden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten und ein toller eingezäunter Garten mit viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Idyllic and oh so cozy
What a beautiful property, both the villa itself and the setting! Truly idyllic! We found the villa very spacious, well organized and clean. Henk and Micha were a tremendous help, even offering to pick us up at the bus stop near Ouddorp. We made good use of the bikes, riding to the dunes to spend time on the beach, exploring the quaint village and surrounding area, finding lovely spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal ,( both at the beach and in the village.) Every sunrise and sunset was spectacular. The nights were vert quiet; tranquil. The early mornings were lovely to just sit with our coffee on the patio before breakfast. Heaven on earth!

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber! - Ein schönes Haus mit wirklich kompletter Ausstattumg und gepflegtem Garten; so richtig zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung mit gemütlichen Sitzecken und vielen schönen Details.- Die Lage ist allerdings nicht wie nach der Beschreibung zu erwarten war in der Nähe von Dünen und Meer: Man solte gut zu Fuß sein oder die angebotenen Fahrräder nutzen. - Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen (und die Miete wert)!

Schönes Haus in einem tollen kleinen Park. Der Garten ist wunderbar, die Ausstattung top. Dass das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Vor allem die Lage zwischen Strand und Stadt ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön
Es gab kleinere Mängel, die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Man merkt schon, das es wohl nicht mehr das neueste Haus ist, da an einigen Stellen defekte Fliesen oder Türen waren, die bei Wind die ganze Zeit geklappert haben (wir haben eine Socke dazwischen geklemmt, danach war Ruhe ☺️). Trotz der kleineren Mängel haben wir uns in dem schönen, gemütlich eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage gehabt. Danke dafür!

Unser Aufenthalt in Ouddorp
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche an der Nordsee. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet sowie vollständig ausgerüstet! Der sehr schöne Garten ist komplett umzäunt, prima für Hundehalter. Kurze Wege zu Strand und Ort - alles wirklich wie man es sich wünscht!

Alles bestens angetroffen. An der Wohnungseinrichtung ist nichts auszusetzen. Küchenausrüstung bestens sowie alles Handwerkszeug zum Kochen vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll nutzbar mit allem, was man braucht. Vortrefflich!!!!!

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir waren mit unserem Hund Eddie für 12 Tage in dem wirklich tollen Haus! Es hat uns nichts gefehlt! Der Supermarkt vom Nordzeepark ist super mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen! Im Haus standen 5 Fahrräder zur Verfügung! Der Garten ist gut eingezäunt! Zum Ort braucht man zu Fuß etwas länger, aber machbar! Ein gelungener Urlaub Vielen Dank

Ein tolles Haus mit schönem eingezäunten Garten, ideal für Hunde
Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, einfach alles da. Die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich und der Garten sehr gepflegt, hoch eingezäunt und damit ideal für Hunde. Das Reinigungsteam hätte insgesamt deutlich sauberer arbeiten müssen, aber ansonsten war alles top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus mit schönem Garten und vielen Mängeln
Der Check-in und die Kommunikation verliefen problemlos und einfach. Der Garten und der Aussenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und es hat alles, was man benötigt. Drin jedoch ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber. Staub auf jeglichen Flächen. Geschirr mit Macken. Verschmutztes Sofa, welches mit einer Decke nur abgedeckt wurde. Im Hauptschlafzimmer kommt einem ein ekelhafter Geruch entgegen, welcher mit Lüften und Raumerfrischer nicht überdeckt werden kann. Das Babybett musste auch selbst aufgebaut werden, was bei dem Preis nicht zu viel verlangt gewesen wäre.

Schöne Ferien in angenehmer Umgebung
3 Generation hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Holland. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Vielen Dank Familie Bolssens!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das alleinstehende Haus auf großem Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig, ist so wie beschrieben und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Es hat kein Einrichtungsgegenstand gefehlt und alles war wirklich sauber (Geschirr u. Besteck). Nah zum Strand, dort auch ein Supermarkt. Fahrradverleih ebenfalls nah. Klare Empfehlung von uns.
