HOUSE RULES ā
- Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

- BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk.
- Safety devices installed: Ring Device on the front door. Exterior security cameras both at the front and back of the house.
- The Home is attached on one side. I also own the other side as well.
- I use the garage for storage. If I need to access my storage I will access through the garage and not enter the rest of the home. I will do my best to notify you in advance.
- Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area.
