Vacation in a Gorgeous Log Home out in the Country on Beautiful Circle Lake!
We have tons of amenities, but everyone's favorite is the Lake! A close second are the Lake toys, including 2 brand-new fast Hydro-bikes ($5,000 worth) &2 paddleboards! Two log swings overlooking the Lake are amazing!

We have room for up to 10 guests in beds, in five beautiful bedrooms! Past Guests have told us we have the most comfortable beds they've ever slept in! You'll have 3,000+ square feet in the lower level, facing Circle Lake, to spread out in!

You will enter your own separate entrance on the lake-side of the house. (We live quietly upstairs, but are gone a lot travelling ourselves. Our kids are gone, and we do not have a barking dog.)

You'll have a Theater Room for watching TV & Movies! You'll have a full kitchen, with a square high-top table that seats 8, which is great for games! A Pool Table awaits to entertain you.

The sleeping rooms are separated with a walk thru a short hallway (only one step down) to the Kitchen/Dining Room/Game Room. That keeps the Sleeping rooms completely quiet, even when some are still playing games or watching TV.

SUPER CLEAN! We have amazing Cleaners who dis-infect all hard surfaces. They wipe down switch plates, stair railings, and other surfaces others might miss.

They use Melaleuca Cleaning Products, that are green & Eco-friendly cleaning products that contain NO harmful chemicals! Sol-U-Guard, Melaleuca's powerful disinfectant, has been proven to kill the Corona Virus, and thousand of other viruses & bacteria upon contact!

Great for Large Family Gatherings
The property is everything you see in the pictures and more! Wonderfully soundproof, stocked with everything you need for group gatherings for cooking and eating (we brought so much stuff that was not needed/used) even had a sweet little coffee bar with kcups and a large coffee pot with filters so all you need is your favorite brew along. You wont need to drag along your own crockpots as theyve got all of that covered along with laundry right there in the unit including soaps/softner and fabric sheets & all the towels and beach towels needed. The whole place was immaculately clean and that was such a nice surprise. The beds were definitely the best we have ever slept in at any vrbo. The owners are such nice people and we really didnt notice they were there at all and they were quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this vrbo and giving it 5 stars across the board!!!!! Thanks Steve & Julie

Phenomenal place! Sits atop a bluff overlooking a lake with a western view. Large yard where we used the bbq and large kitchen/family/activity room for eating and socializin. Perfect graduation place - SSM, Carleton or St. Olaf all within 15 minute drive.

Appreciate everything there is to do here...kayaks, hydro bikes, paddleboards, fire ring, pickleball, pool, games, etc. Water was a bit scummy but maybe that was due to timing? Lakeside Home Retreat
This was a great property for bringing family together of many ages. Lots of comfortable space, beautiful views and lake front, and so many extras from water toys to towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, outdoor lounge chairs, and a great beach area for toddlers and adults. Circle Lake house
Great place to stay. Well laid out with quality and thought of use taken into account. Owners were in contact daily and responsive to any needs. Good place to relax and just enjoy the view. Lake was a bit green but were still able to canoe and use water bikes. Nice beach layout and again quality items - canoe, kayaks and water bikes to use as well as life jackets, etc. Nice place for small children to play in the sand. Overall one of the best places we have stayed at.

Perfect Getaway For Families Of All Ages
The property is clean and well maintained. The kitchen and living area is spacious and well appointed, complete with a great coffee bar. The layout is perfect because the bedrooms are separate from main living area, so early risers or night owls don’t disturb anyone’s rest. The pickle ball court is amazing! We enjoyed family pickle ball tournaments, lake activities, toasting marshmallows by the fire while watching the sun set on the lake. This private and serene property is a gem!

Nice getaway!
My family had a wonderful time on this property. Great home, beautiful view of the lake, and everything you might need stocked at the house for you! The owners were incredibly kind and communicated very well with us! Only downfalls: We could hear footsteps upstairs when the owners were walking around, and parking is so far away from the entrance! You need to walk across their large beautiful lawn to get to the front door. They do provide wagons to use which is nice, but it was hard for us with a baby and all the luggage/baby stuff to carry things back and forth when we wanted to leave. Also our shoes would get pretty wet walking across the lawn when the sprinklers were on or had just watered the lawn. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Big place!
This property had plenty of space for me and my 3 girlfriends: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a large kitchen and living area. We had an issue with the blender not working, but another one was brought to us right away. The only thing that bothered us was the owner walked right in after knocking before we knew who it was or us saying come in. Also, the "hidden fees" such as cleaning fee were a bit of a shocker. Other than that we had a great time and made some great memories.

Perfect for our needs
We booked this property in 2020 for our daughter's wedding. Because of COVID, the wedding was postponed until this year 2021. Steve and Julie were great about rescheduling our stay and honoring the cost and number of days we had originally agreed to. The house was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of sleeping and lounging area. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. If we had any area of concern, it was that there was not a walkway or lighting from the parking area to the entry on the lower level. Because the weather was inclement, they were nice enough to let us use the upper entry for arrival. They were also super tolerant of the multiple different arrival times of our kids. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Place, Beautiful Features
My wife and her family stayed here for a few days. We loved the open water and all the paddle boards and fun things for it, the full size basketball court!, the coffee corner and the general feel of the house. It was relaxing and very spacious for all of us to fit. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

We had a great time at this property! It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. The kids enjoyed the pool table, paddling/water biking out to explore the island, watching movies, and playing lawn and board games. The adults enjoyed the beautiful views, SUPing, relaxing by the fire table with cocktails, and watching the kids have fun. All-in-all a great experience! We highly recommend this property. (*The ONLY caveat is if swimming off the dock is REQUIRED for your kiddos, you will want to check on algae bloom. Our kids are old enough that it didn't bother them not to swim but a few years ago it would have been a disappointment. Nothing the owners can control, but something to be aware of if dock-swimming is a priority for your family.)

A great getaway
Absolutely beautiful home for our family to get together and away from the constant hustle of work. We had a great time. The home is wonderful and super clean. It rained our last night, which was fine because we ended up playing a few games( of the many to choose from) and played some ping pong and pool. We were not cramped at all, there is so much space to spread out. The beach area was great. Wonderful host. Definitely a great place for family to come and refresh!

Perfect reunion headquarters
Several family members traveling from different parts of the country descended on this property for an early thanksgiving and 90th birthday celebration. This property was perfect for gathering, socializing and sharing a meal. The unit was well maintained, our hosts were gracious and the lake view gorgeous.
