When I checked in I was given a room that was already occupied! This was a pain as we had to go back a nd source another room. This room had a large damp patch on the ceiling and no space to put our bags. By this time we were late for the wedding so didn’t make a fuss. Bed was comfortable! We slept and left!

I had a good week's stay here. My room was very clean and comfortable if a little small and functional. The reception staff were all unfailingly helpful. Very good location with nice choice of breakfast venues very closeby.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Cockroaches in the room! Room ridiculously small with no storage space. No TV controller. 10am checkout and surly front of house staff who are more focused on their own social media activities. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The food was really good! However, it would have been nice to have been told they only accept card when we booked the table. The server explained that there is a sign when you walked in but the sign is very small and easily missed. The staff didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience so this is the reason I didn’t score it higher.
