A nice place overall, clean and decent. Be careful not to stain towels. I got charged the equivalent to 14 US dollars because I accidentally stained one bath towel. Apparently the cleaning lady makes notes while going in to your room to clean of wherever they see as a possible charge $ The day I checked like 2 minutes after I left the room the cleaning lady arrived to the desk holding a stained towel that I left in the room, is just suspicious to me how fast she got to the desk with a towel pretending to be the stained one.. I felt unsafe for a minute thinking they spy on you.. so NO I will not stay there again for that specific reason.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We were checked in and were not told about the AC problem. This is in the middle of summer and the temperature in the rooms was in the 80s. One of the rooms had a repugnant smell and the staff didn't do anything about it.

Es un buen hotel y muy moderno, pero carece de elementos pequeños pero esenciales como pañuelos desechables, toalla tapete para salir del baño, la regadera no tenía elementos de apoyo para discapacitados ( solicité acceso para silla de ruedas, por lo que consideré que el baño estaría acorde con mi petición) . Por lo demás la atención excelente y el desayuno a la altura.

El hotel tenía baja ocupación, aprovechando eso y de que son socio gold pedí cambio de habitación, porque la que me dieron tenía vista al interior del estacionamiento del centro comercial, donde además hay un Casino por lo que siempre hay luz y se genera mucho ruido del estacionamiento. Me dijeron que me harían el cambio pero no lo hicieron. La tapa de la regadera se salió porque era de muy baja calidad (de plástico), yo la tuve que reparar. El desayuno no estaba listo a las 6:30 am como decía que estaría y no pudimos desayunar, no me vuelvo a hospedar ahí.
