Walk to the beach and just minutes to SF, ocean breeze keeps the fog away, what a dream home! Full remodel in 2019, this 4b/3b home is loaded with high-end Anderson/Milgard windows, ¾ hardwood floors.

You will have the main house all to yourself.
There is a guest house (long term rental) separate from the main house with its own entrance.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, a few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

The Neighborhood:
Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills.

The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches.

From the chilled out surfer to the executive looking for a place to relax - it's all here (beach, surf, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants, bus stop, etc.), and everybody loves it - you will see!

Getting Around:
Pacifica is located very centrally, about 20 minutes from Half Moon Bay, 15 minutes from SFO and 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. A public bus system runs from Linda Mar, which is 2-5 minutes from the property.

A car is highly recommended.

Great place for family get together
The house layout was perfect for our week together with our kids and grandkids. Our comfortable king bed was on main level and our kids and grandkids were on second floor. The house had plenty of space. It was clean and the property managers were very quick in responding to our needs. The area is eclectic but close to the ocean and easy to get into San Francisco. We enjoyed our stay.

Pacifica is great when you have a nice place to stay!
We LOVED this house. Very clean and the rooms were spread out with plenty of bathrooms and showers. The dining area and kitchen were our main gathering spots and we had a lot of fun. The house is only a couple blocks from the beach and we found a lot of coffee shops, bakeries, hiking trails, and cute stores to explore. There is only one TV (in living room) but we didn't mind as we were having fun. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good and clean inside. Very good stock of necessary stuff like cooking oils, coffee, utensils. Very good towels, shampoos etc. Front and back yards needed to be maintained.

The property was very spacious, conveniently located near the expressway and located close to the beach. One shower didn't work but me and my guest were able to manage with only two showers. One suggestion, televisions in each bedroom

Great beach house in Pacifica
Property was spotless with nice appliances and comfortable beds. 3 full bathrooms! Communication was prompt- within 30 minutes when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Great for work and play
We stayed for a couple of weeks and worked and took vacation time. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Desks where we needed them, good wifi, super clean. The Marbella team was super responsive to all questions. Loved the location, basically 20 min to the airport and to many places in SF and a 3 min walk to the beach. Beautiful trail. We’d love to stay again in the future.

Lovely Home for a Week
The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking several dinners for six adults and two children. Communication with the manager was excellent. Our only issue was that the first night we were warm and didn't understand that AC is atypical in the Bay area, but when we called, the manager provided us with a tower fan for each bedroom, which worked well. At first we were concerned that opening the window--with no screens--would let bugs and even birds into the house, but that didn't happen. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Beautiful home. Very clean. Quiet. We lived in the Bay for over 30 years. This house had no ceiling fans. Made for stuffy nights since it was BEAUTIFUL weather. Just warmer than normal. Usually you open a window but we had a small heat wave so it wasn't much help. Aside from that..LIVED THE PLACE. WOULD RENT AGAIN!!!!

Good location
I prefer a professionally managed rental over someone’s residence. The house had everything you could need. Communication with property management was responsive. The house was clean and the location was great. Two blocks to the gold course and beach. There is a second story with some steep stairs. If traveling with pets be warned they have a $200 per pet fee which is insanely expensive. I’d stay at one of their properties again if they had a better pet fee.

Wonderful experience
Everything about this place was great. The location was perfect, walking distance to the pier, hiking places, shopping plazas, and 25-30 minutes to the majority of San Francisco. The house was clean, very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5 plus a dog. Everything that we needed for a perfect time away from home was there, from appliances, games, pans/pots, kitchen/laundry supplies, TV with several apps, and the list goes on. And the customer service was the best. They responded promptly. The property team was able to take care of an issue right away and they followed up to make sure everything was okay. Everything about this property was great. We had a great time. If we are around the area next time, we will make sure to check to see if the property is available. Based on our wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thanks Marbella Lane Team!

Very clean and updated house
It was a last minute booking for us this year with bad weather. But really enjoyed staying at this place. Walk to the pier was less than 10 minutes and plenty of hiking spots near by with gorgeous views. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes clean and updated house.

Loved Pacifica!
Our family of four adult couples all had space and privacy in this lovely home. We loved the dining/living area for gathering, eating and playing games. The beach is a short walk away and hiking trails are seemingly endless. The town of Pacifica is charming. The surf was too rough for swimming, but we loved walking the beach - including in the moonlight. It feels relaxed and very distant from SF, but is within a 15 minute drive. The outdoor area is too small to be useful. My only suggestion is bigger pots and pans.

Superb!
This house is simply gorgeous! Everything has been provided for a perfect stay. The decor is wonderful, beds comfortable & its super clean. Our dog loved it too! The Customer service was 1st class. If you ever want/need to be in South SF, you need to rent this house.

Pros: very clean. just about any item you'd think you need for a comfortable stay was present in more than enough numbers. Very close to the beach (a few blocks), Muir Pointe, etc. Would not think twice about staying here again. Cons: Immediate block or two around this location is quite shabby. This house is the gem of the neighborhood.

Great location!
This home was perfect for our stay- close to everything! We are a big group- 2 families with 2 older teens 4 dogs. Enough room to spread out, safe enclosed backyard for our dogs. The host was very helpful and immediately responded to our request for towels, and checked In to make sure our stay was going well. We are already planning our next visit!!

Relaxing get away
Checking in and out was easy. Property was clean, newly remodeled with new furniture and appliances. Lots of space for our six guests to watch TV, play games and dine together. It was a great location to enjoy the beach and trails and fishing pier only a few blocks away. Only down side would be neighbors across the street had there old refrigerator as a permanent decoration and while the pots and pans are new there was limited cooking utensil. But that was minor and really the house and location was great.
