Rooms are large with amazing ocean views. The Moonraker restaurant is excellent with a lively bar and a piano player. Staff are all very helpful. Plenty of parking.

Nice hotel with even nicer views
It's a very large hotel with lots of amenities. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom layout was a bit wierd in the 2 queen room. The balcony was unexpected, but nice. The guide on the TV is a bit annoying since you need to wait for it to scroll, but with how much there is to do nearby, it's almost a shame to spend time watching TV.

This was our first stay at the Pacifica Lighthouse Hotel. We selected it b/c it is near our daughter's home in Pacifica. We checked in late at night but true to their ad, front desk service is available 24/7. The layout of rooms can be confusing but once mastered it's fine. Our room was spacious and clean. Parking is free. We felt safe and secure in the hotel and area adjoining. There are eateries w/in walking distance and given that many locals seemed to frequent them the food must be good. Room cleaning is available if needed however the one time we did request for the room to be serviced it was missed. No problem. what we really needed were towels which front desk readily provided. The biggest problem is that the bathroom does not have ventilation so towels remain damp all night or day (we shower 2x a day) and the shower/toilet room remains damp all day. This moisture is everywhere - walls, on toilet, on floors - and it does not dry b/c there is no ventilation. We left the door wide open at night and when we were gone during the day. It helped but not by much. As a result towels need to be refreshed daily. We tried hanging our towels in the room using pant hanger but it helped minimally. Towels need to be changed daily. Another concern is the lower floor parking lot faces the ocean and you need to be careful b/c the floor puddles. I believe it is from ocean spray and not rain. Be careful where you park. Despite these concerns, we would stay here again.

Solid stay, great location, needs some love.
Amazing location. Spray from bigger waves would literally hit the exterior of the room. Loved being able to sleep hearing the waves crash. However the exterior of the building needs some work. I am sure upkeep in a place like Pacifica is challenging with all the salt and sand. But Wyndham should invest in this place as it could be truly spectacular given its prime location. Lobby and rooms need a refresh on style as well, very dated. But overall it was clean and comfortable and a great spot for a hike and time on the beach.

I am disabled. We were put as far away from the elevator as could be. Room not cleaned for 2 days. Overall the place is run down. When we asked for an upgrade they said there were none. The hotel was nowhere near full capacity

Location makes this place great! Access to the beach and the walking trails were nice. The hotel is a little dated but was clean and we felt safe. Overall the stay was a good value especially for the price considering how much other ocean front hotels are in the area. Would recommend.

This hotel is very outdated and the price tag does not match the quality of the property. The property is in great need of updating to the inside and outside of the building. The room was not very clean. Even my 11 year old made a comment of the lack of cleanliness when we got to our room. The room was very cold. It appeared that there was a small lg room heater on the wall. We tried to turn it on. It would sound like it was starting to work but then would shut off before it actually would start putting any heat out. Thankfully I brought some blankets and we made use of the extra blankets that were in the closet. We will not be back to this hotel. I loved the town of Pacifica. The view of the ocean from our room was nice, however the roof top looks very outdated and is also quite an eyesore. If we go back to Pacifica anytime soon we will book at the Fairfield Marriott a block away.
