Everything was great stayed with a friend and we both felt safe. Also Everything was clean etc... and the breakfast was cooked well and hot. I haye watery eggs and they were done perfectly. Would rwcomend to anyone

The hotel is fairly new (1 1/2 yrs old) so it still has that new, very clean look and smell. The beds were wonderful, firm but not too firm which made for great sleep. I had the 2 queen bds rm and it was a nice sized room and very clean. There were issues though. Staffing issue was TERRIBLE. The staff were nice & polite WHEN YOU COULD FIND ONE, no-one was ever around when you needed them, even at chk-in & out times. I had a few issues but could never find a staff person to report the issues, until I chkd out. My 1st issue was when I got into my rm, the curtain bracket for blackout curtains was brkn and hanging f/ceiling no big deal, there were 2 other sets so was able to close & block sunlight but I took pics so I wouldn't be blamed. 2nd- one sink drained very slowly, 3rd hot water was slowwww to get hot, I mean like 10 mins, LITERALLY, 4th, I picked the hotel for the hot tub but it was broken & wasn't noted when I made the reservation, 5th, pool area had NO towels, 6th, ironing board legs bent out of shape the board had to be leaned against the wall to use it, 7th, don't expect much f/brkfast but it does say "continental" but not much of a variety, coffee, 2 ops reg & decaf & don't know its brand, 1 flavor for tea (black), other than, all was good, comfy and very clean.

My second time staying here and it was nowhere as clean as my first stay. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. Everyone was extremely nice but I was told by a staff member that they are not properly trained by the company!

Unbelievable.
After driving all day, my husband found this hotel with great reviews. While the staff was friendly and hotel in clean, new condition they booked my son and I in an adjoining room with very loud guests next door. There’s about a six inch gap between the door and the floor, where you can see shadows of people moving around in the next room. They were very loud, and after trying to camouflage the noise we went downstairs to request another room. The room we were given, down the hall, upon opening the door the beds hadn’t been made, there was trash in the trash can and very evident housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the room(this was at 10:20pm mind you). Going back down to the front desk to ask for yet another room or for it to be cleaned, we were told they had no one on staff to clean it and they could put me back in my first room or refund me. I’m still waiting for the refund.

This place was clean and the staff was friendly. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom needs some TLC. The sink fixture was loose and the tub sealant needs attention. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The lady at the desk was great but the room had a dirty towel and trash with feminine hygiene products left in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable but A/C didn’t fully cool the room. Just needed more attention from housekeeping.

We have stayed at this property 6 times in the last 4 months & have been satisfied until this time. When we checked in on July 28th, a huge pile of garbage was around the front entrance. The garbage can was full & overflowing, Plus other bags of garbage. The breakfast was pathetic. There were no coffee cups. The food was horrible. Our room was nice, but the bathroom sink was clogged. We reported all of this, but they didn't care! The garbage was finally removed later that evening.
