Holiday home Simuni is located in a quiet part of the small village of Šimuni, just a few meters from the nearest beautiful beach with old pine trees.
Ground floor:On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a large area with a kitchen, a living room and a place to sleep for two more people.
1. floor:On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and dining room. There is also a barbecue area and seating upstairs on the balcony.

Location:The large beach is just opposite, 10 meters away, where you will find bars and restaurants known for their large and ancient pine trees. This home is perfect for a large family or two families and friends
