The air conditioner is not working. It is hot and creat noise during night. When I checked in, I was waiting about 15mins, even though there were couples in front of me asking a lot of questions. The breakfast is good.

I chose this hotel because of the fact they had a lounge. Of course when we arrived the lounge was close with a sign “sorry for the inconvenience”. Huge disappointment! Also we were on the first floor with someone directly above us who was very heavy footed.

Easter Weekend getaway
The poor front desk girl was alone with no assistance and long check in line ~4:30p She was pleasant but had to feel sorry for her. The Happy Hour she was required to bar tend and work front desk simultaneously. How does that work for customers? We felt bad for her yet she remained pleasant running back and forth between two areas. Our room was very noisy from people above us . No sound barrier at all. We could here and feel every step they made in their room.

There was a used bandaid on the floor when we checked in. The TV did not work at all. The fridge was unplugged from the wall but thankfully we figured that out. The mattress was old and sinking in the middle. The breakfast was decent at least.

A clean and well maintained facility but it definitely needs an overhaul. The overall feel of this place is one of being well used - too well used. It seems that the staff is doing the best that they can but the hotel infrastructure badly needs an infusion of money. God lucky to them all.
