AVOID unless you have an emergency The pavement to the entrance of the hotel is all broken and you cannot roll your suitcase The room felt very dusty The inside hall was filled with old bedsheets etc

Terrible room. The room was not very clean. Top sheet had a dried stain on it and the trash can was full on arrival. The hallways smelled old and funky. The room was very overpriced for such an old dump of a hotel.

This place was so bad we left one hour after entering the room! Upon entering the lobby I could smell a heavy odor of old dirty carpet. Upon entering the room we were again overwhelmed by the smell of rancid carpet! The bed, pillows and a cloth chair all reeked of old, soiled body odor! This property SHOULD NOT be offered by EXPEDIA as it is uninhabitable, dingy and disgusting! We were scheduled to stay there for two nights but left after one hour and had to drive 50 miles to find suitable accommodations. I am very disappointed in Expedia having offered this property to be suitable to their customers. We ended up losing over $320 which Expedia should replace!!

Had doubts the moment I stepped in the door! It got much worse at every turn specifically: - Entire checking room smelled of old soiled carpet/furniture - Ice maker did not work - The room smelled horrible! Carpet, bed, pillows, curtains. Most disgusting place I have ever booked on Expedia!! - We were in the room less than 20 minutes when my wife payed down to rest and she smelled fecus. It seemed to come from the pillows, bed cover, sheets or bed. The pillows on my bed smelled like rancid body odor! We could not / would not stay at that disgusting place! I booked a room at an exquisite hotel (Sky Ute resort/ casino). Had to drive 50 miles to get there but it was worth it! I did not advise quality inn staff that we had left upon departure as I was so angry and disappointed that Expedia would have that disgusting as a reasonable option for its customers. This hotel is at the least substandard in quality, cleanliness, ice availability and hygiene!! Expedia needs to visit this facility to see and smell for yourselves to validate my claims and to eliminate this hotel from being offered to your clients! If this property is NOT removed from your hotel offerings then I will surely discontinue any future bookings through Expedia!!!

Building under constuction. Room smelled of mold. Room was dirty, top of everything dirty. The toilet didnt flush well. The normal ac unit was exceptionally noisy. Don't know if i would try again even after the remodeling.

There is a reason this is one of the cheapest rooms in Pagosa. Renovation. Rooms are half finished, but still old. AC unit was failing off the wall and so noisy we turned it off and opened the window. It could barely keep the room cool anyway. Bathroom was a disaster with mold on the walls. Shower was on blast and tended to spray the room and floors. Exposed cabling in the hallways and rooms. Construction plastic and half finished carpet everywhere. We stayed at a Quality Inn in Gunnison the night before that was a near perfect experience. Clean, cool, neat and quiet. This location should not be renting these rooms until renovation is complete. And they should fire whoever is doing the renovation.........

The entire hotel smells bad. The rooms smell like they used to be smoking rooms. The halls smelled like soup and trash combined. The old bar where the breakfast is served smells like urine. Its really not great. And another customers room key worked for our room, which means our room was never really locked.

Property was extremely worn down. Toilets that barely flushed, limited room lighting, non working bathroom fan, lack of outlets (you had to unplug TV or cable box to make coffee). The tub was super slick with no type of safety tape for traction. Water pressure was very low no matter what time you showered and you better pray no one anywhere near your room flushed their toilet. Outside of the room the guest laundry did not work, ice machine did not work, the pool was under repair, the common area furniture and even some of the room furniture was in such poor shape, it looks like it was picked up off of the curb. For the $170 - $200 per night I was charged, they ought to have a really nice breakfast. Not here. Such a nice area for this to be so crappy. I would have been midly upset if the room was $75 per night. I expect a significant refund from Expedia.

toilet paper and was never stalked the 2 days were there. We ran out at 2:00 am. Not even a half a roll when we arrived and housekeeping never filled or left another roll.

Relaxing stay by the river
Orla at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We had the pleasure of her helping us both at check-in and check-out. Room was clean, but building was undergoing some construction that our room was in. Close to everything and walkable to the hot springs.

Placed was under remodeling and materials and debris was scattered all around making walking difficult. Front desk personnel worn a gun on her hip and was very rude to hotel guests, cussing at guests and even locked the front door so people could not checkout or enjoy the offered breakfast. Will never stay here again.

This is a terrible and unkempt property. Way outdated. Holes in walls. Ripped up carpet. Musty smell. Dirty. Rude staff. Air conditioner loud and not effective in cooling with wood and caulk supporting it. Lights burnt out. Smell of THC. Hazard. When showering if another room flushes a toilet, water is very hot. Donā€™t stay here.

This property is definitely not in safe condition. This was the only hotel available when we booked in the evening. The checkin was ridiculous too. The furniture in the lobby was all torn up and had sheets over the cushions. When I went to check in they told me to wait 15 minutes while others came in and they signed them in. They sent us ā€œnext doorā€ to another building that they were remodeling and there was construction going on everywhere. The rooms were not in good condition at all. They had the air conditioners where you couldnā€™t get them to work efficiently without going to office and complaining and then they sent someone to adjust it. A lot of the things in the room were from another state and obviously very dated. We had traveled all over Colorado and I must say this hotel was the most expensive as all others were in excellent condition and we could not believe how bad this one actually was

Quality Motels should be called LQ. Lowest Quality
The Fridge found hot. We let the Front Office know. $120.00 of food spoiled. Two days later still not cooling. Noisy room from pipes going off all day and all night. Primitive A/C unit, noisy and inefficient. TV had only One Channel. Go figure! Going back in Time!
