Few problems during the stay of 2nights. Window latch broken. No cold water out of the basin tap. Shower trickling. However although these issues arose the professional staff were fantastic. From the time we arrived till when we left, we were treated exceptionally well. Fantastic customer services!

Hotel was ideally located near main strip, staff extremely helpful with recommending places to eat evenings and breakfast. only downside is not enough plug sockets in rooms to charge phones but other than that a lovely stay

A decent place
The friendly and helpful staff ensured I had a comfortable stay, the room was chilly one night, as the heating didn't work and the staff supplied a heater immediately, the shower was rather small but suited me fine, overall I got a good deal on the room and have no complaints, the hotel is clean & cosy.

Is surprisingly good . Lift was not working but I always use stairs parking costs extra £6 but free parking starts 100yds away .breakfast is quite expensive extra ,but Spoons is just round corner Would happy stay again

Very friendly hotel breakfast Very good had a few issues with heating and the TV but was dealt with ASAP the bedroom was nice and we had a lovely view of the sea unfortunately the main lift was out of service during our stay but they managed to find a room with a sea view on the first floor

The hotel was lovely but the bathroom was very small and the water trickled rather than running properly. So showering took a lot longer. The heating in the room was on quite a lot and as the room was very small so it got unbearable in the evening and window could only be opened slightly. We could not contact the staff from the room as there was no telephone although the leaflet about the hotel which was given when checking in advised to call reception for any issues that arose. It was nice for the price we paid but not sure if l would book the hotel unless we got a bigger room with a larger bathroom.

My stay is based on a last minute £44 booking - value for money was 100% All staff were very friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and basic. My only negative was being a man over 6 foot it was almost impossible to use the toilet or shower. Unsure if all the en suites are that small, we had room 137. You have to sit on the toilet at an angle! Im sure would be fine for those 5"5 and under. Id book again for the same price.

The hotel needs a little TLC but the staff more than make up for that . Kim and her team give the hotel a fantastic, professional, efficient but more importantly a great welcoming family feel. Seldom have we been treated to such kindness and frienship. We cannot recomend this hotel enough. Clean friendly but needed a bit of TLC
Staff were friendly and very helpful, lovely sea view from room but room could have been better everything looked half finished needed a bit of TLC and lift was not working. Dinning room was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. We didn’t pay a lot for hotel so really couldn’t complain would stay again but in different room.
