Staff are very kind and were able to assist with finding a cab to the park and back. Would recommend for those looking to travel to Khao Yai! It is the closest to the entrance of the park

The location is golden because it’s located near Khao Yai National Park and famous Isaan restaurant “Penlaos”. The room is somewhat clean, but they might have to deal with insects i.e. ants, mosquitoes, etc. There’s also the problem with hot water as I’ve read in many comments before. The truth is, you have to turn the hot water tap into the right position and it will come out, but still, I think the shower set is need to be fixed or replaced since when it’s hot, it’s really hot. Frankly, on my check-out day, there’s no hot water coming out even though I’ve tried to turn the tap in every directions. There’s a mold spotted in the shower section. The staffs are enthusiastic and helpful. I give them 10/10.

There were not many vegetarian options in the morning buffet breakfast. I had to just eat salad and cereal one of the days. Everything either has meat or fish sauce in it. It would be nice to have a few hot items to be vegetarian. Also it would be nice if vegetarian items be marked. Otherwise each person will need to continuously keep asking staff as to what is vegetarian and what is not. Since this is a popular tourist destination, the above is not an unreasonable request

Stay was average. But this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Maybe a 4. The rooms are not big and very average. Had very noisy neighbors who stayed up all night (literally) so got no sleep. Breakfast was good. Location good near park entrance.

We stay 3 days 2 nights here. Overall room is ok. Staff are helpful. But they do nit clean our room saying because of covid. So we end up cleaning room ourselves !! Shower room is bad. There are only super hot or super cold water . No warm. And water did not drain properly. So we end up stopping now and then during shower, waiting for the water to drian first Shower room

It’s a nightmare dealing with the front desk if you are not a local as they speak limited English. The outdoor cinema has great ambience but they play English movies in Thai which we don’t understand. The breakfast selection is limited. Best item for breakfast is the pork skewer. No proper booking system for the spa. Need to go to the front desk to book and they can’t confirm immediately will need to let you know the next day which is a hassle as we can’t plan our activities. Our room was facing the pond and they rear geese as pets. The geese wakes us up every morning at 7am by their honking.

ที่พักสะอาด ตกแต่งอย่างมีคอนเซ็ปท์สวยงาม เราจองห้องสุพีเรีย 2 ห้อง 2 คืน แต่ทางโรงแรมขายห้องเราให้กรุ๊ปสัมมนาอ้างว่าดีลมาหลายเดือน ทั้งที่เราจองล่วงหน้ากับเอ๊กซ์พีเดียถึง 4 เดือน จัดให้เราพักห้องลอฟท์ที่เป็นหลังเดี่ยว สภาพไม่โอเคเรื่องความปลอดภัย เพราะต้องให้แยกพักคนละหลังกับลูก พอเราสอบถามทีแรกก็ไม่ยอมบอกว่าขายห้องเราให้คนอื่น เราเห็นสภาพห้องที่จัดให้พักก็รู้สึกไม่พอใจ รร จัดส่งเราไปพักคอนโดเดอะคอร์ทยาร์ทของซีพี ห่างไปสัก 2 กม. อาหารเช้าที่นั่นเป็นชุดเซ็ท(ตามสั่ง ข้าวผัด/ ข้าวต้ม /ไส้กรอกไข่ต้ม เย็นๆ) เสิร์ฟบนห้อง รร. เสนอห้องอัพเกรดให้ในคืนต่อมาเป็นดีลักซ์ และอาหารเซ็ทใหญ่มูลค่า 550.- ชดเชยให้/ห้อง สิ่งที่ผิดหวังคือการพักผ่อนคืนแรกที่เหมือนย้ายที่นอน ไม่ใช่มาเที่ยวและรับประสบการณ์อย่างที่คาดหวัง ไม่อยากให้ รร ทำกับลูกค้าแบบนี้อีก เสียดายที่ตั้งใจสร้าง รร. อย่างดีแต่บริการไม่ได้มาตรฐานอย่างที่ควรจะเป็น

The resort was clean and it was a good stay but require some improvement. It's was a raining season during the 3 days stayed. There was no covered shelter on the way from our room to lobby (Carpark). We need to carry umbrella with luggage/purchase items to our room or lobby. Narrow walkway path to room/lobby. Lastly, all over the world are trying their best to save the environment. Save water, save electricity and recycle! But the water heater system require further calibration as it either gave u very Hot temperature water or very COLD water if you switch the tap lever slightly.
