Little gem in Pakostane
First of all huge thanks to Vedran who is such a nice person and just a wonderful host! Communication prior our arrival was very efficient and clear, check in super easy, he provided wonderful recommendations for our boat trips, little excursions on land and dining out, and at the end of our trip arranged a car service to the airport. We felt taken care of on every step. The apartment itself is very spacious, very clean, with a beautiful sea view, and the kitchen is well equipped. Location couldn't be better. It's in a quiet spot just a few minute walk from all the "hustle and bustle" of Pakostane :) Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely fantastic
If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. Vedran was the perfect host from organising a taxi to and from the airport, to arranging local car hire and much much more; he was brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was exactly as it was shown in the photos and was spotlessly clean. It was very well equipped if you wanted to cook, but there are also many good restaurants very close by. The balcony had sun all day long and the apartment was situated in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and village center. The resort is a lovely size with plenty of watersports available. It never felt too crowded and was family friendly. There is a nightclub and gym if you want to use them but we didn't. The sea is exceptionally clear and warm in August. I would recommend the apartment and resort without any hesitation.

Wir haben als 5köpfige Familie zwei Wochen hier verbracht und wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die große Wohnung war üppig in Raum und Ausstattung. Alles da, was man braucht. Zum Strand im Ort ein paar Minuten Fußweg, ins Zentrum von Pakostane ebenfalls. Das Umfeld war relativ ruhig, von den anderen Gästen im Haus hat man wenig mitbekommen. Nur in der Nachbarschaft ging immer mal ne Motorsense oder eine Kreissäge an. Sehr netter und entgegenkommender Vermieter, der mit seiner Familie im Haus lebt, ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht und sich bei Fragen oder Sonderbedarf sofort um alles kümmert. Vielen Dank, Vedran...

We stayed in large 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and spacious living room with kitchen, all perfectly equiped, super clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. Definitely the best place in the area for the reasonable price in quiet area, but very close to village center and to beach. Very helpful and friendly owners. Main beach nearby a bit overcrowded in mid summer, but there are very nice beaches with less people just few minutes away by car.

Just perfect!
Our family had a really nice stay and the host was very helpful. Everything you need is close and it is a peacful little village, with just a short walk to the beach from the apartment. I would recomend this place to my friends.

Tolle Wohnung und super netter Vermieter !
Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr schöne Wohnung und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Der Vermieter hat uns erst mal alles erklärt was man in der Gegend erleben kann. Wir bekamen viele tolle Tipps. Immer wenn wir eine Frage hatten war der Vermieter hilfreich zur Seite. Es liegt ihm sehr am Herzen, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung und sehr sauber. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder !

Super schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung!
Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit Meerblickterasse. Wir (2 Familien) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, z.B wo der schönste Strand zu finden ist, in welchem Restaurant man gut essen gehen kann, Ausflugsziele usw. Es war ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Danke Vedran.

Sehr schöne Wohnung , sehr netter Vermieter!
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vedran hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Sie hat eine gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dort findet man auch in der Hauptsaison immer noch Platz, evtl. ein Stückchen laufen.... Pakostane ist ein kleiner Ort, der alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Leckere Restaurants, Metzger, Supermarkt, frisches Obst und Gemüse an Straßenständen u.v. m.! Für uns hat alles gepasst! Nochmal vielen Dank an Vedran und seine Frau!

Herrlicher Urlaub in einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung
Wir sind schon zum vierten Mal bei Familie Krpeta zu Gast gewesen und wie immer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind in allen Bereichen immer bemüht behilflich zu sein. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen in die herrliche Umgebung ein. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. We stayed 1 week in vadran’s house. It is a beautiful house, and it very clean. When we arrived, he had some ideas for us to do for the whole week. Because it was only one week. If you had questions you could text him or asking himself downstairs. The sea is very nearby a 5 minute walk. The village is also nice you have everything and also a very good restaurant ;). Vadean is a very good host!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der FeWo Pakostane die sehr großräumig gestaltet ist. In einer Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie so viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Alles war in Top-Zustand und die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Der große Balkon hatte eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer und die Möbel waren auch hochwertig. Es waren auch 2 Liegestühle vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und versorgte uns sofort mit Infomaterial für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Weiterhin bekamen wir zusätzliche Liegematten für den Strand und ein Schnorchelset zur Ausleihe für den Aufenthalt. Ein Schlauchboot von Vormietern war ebenfalls noch vorhanden. Der Strand und der Ortskern am Hafen war sehr leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pakostane ist noch ein beschaulicher Ort mit einer gesunden Mischung an Restaurants und Bars. Die Villa Krpeta ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub! Vermieter TOP! Wohnung TOP - es fehlte an gar nichts. Selbst Spültabs, Spül- und Waschmittel standen zur Verfügung. Alle nötigen Utensilien zum kochen waren vorhanden - selbst scharfe Messer. Die Wohnung ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vedran und seine Familie sind super freundlich und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Haben viele Informationen über die dortige Gegend und Ausflugsziele erhalten. Dickes Lob an Vedran, dass er nachts aufgrund unserer früheren Ankunftszeit für uns aufgestanden ist! Viele Grüße Andi und Natascha

Wir haben zu sechst das Dreischlafzimmerappartement gemietet. Dank den zwei Badezimmer gab es für die zwei Erwachsenen und 4 Teenager keinen Stress. Die Qualität der Einrichtung ist sehr gut, alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgerüstet und der Kühlschrank ist gross genug für sechs Personen. Innen und auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Meerblick ist je ein grosser Esstisch mit bis zu acht Plätzen vorhanden. Ein kollektiver Aussengrill kann mitbenutzt werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls ansprechend eingerichtet mit grossen Doppelbetten und in einem zusätzlich zwei Einzelbetten. Sehr angenehm ist, dass in allen Schlafzimmern fixe Moskitonetze an den Fenstern angebracht sind. Somit können die Fenster immer geöffnet sein und auf eine Klimaanlage verzichtet werden. Die Vermieter, Vedran und seine Frau, sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Vedran spricht sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch. Er gibt sehr gerne Ratschläge und Hinweise für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in und um Pakoštane. Die Vermieter sind immer da, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns wirklich als willkommene Gäste gefühlt. Auch sehr angenehm bei der Villa Krpeta sind die 5 Minuten Gehdistanz ins Zentrum des Städtchens und die 3 Minuten zum Strand. Kurz gesagt zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig. Wir werden garantiert wieder kommen! Danke Vedran und Familie

Eine Woche Traumurlaub vom feinsten
Wir waren zu 5 Frauen bei Vedran und seiner Familie zu Gast. Eine so perfekte riesige Wohnung mit allem drum und dran haben wir nie zuvor angetroffen. Vedran ist der perfekteste Vermieter den wir je hatten. Gleich bei Anreise viele Infos und Tipps, und immer ein offenes Ohr und Zeit und Interesse um unser Wohl. Es war alles vorhanden, von blütenweissen Duschtüchern über Waschmaschine bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, den man in 3 Minuten fussläufig erreicht. Der Ort Pakostane ist wunderschön und bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir kamen immer wieder mit Freude in unsere tolle Unterkunft und haben die grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf das türkisfarbene Meer und die Inseln soooo genossen. Beim so herzlichen Abschied von unserer Vermieterfamilie sagten wir, dass wir lieber keine Bewertung abgeben möchten, weil die Villa Krpeta sonst immer ausgebucht sein wird;-) Lieben Dank nochmals für alles, besonders an Elena für das süsse Abschiedsgeschenk. Wir sehen uns ganz sicher wieder!

Wie immer einfach nur toll
