Alles wunderbar
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft mit nützlichen Infos jederzeit weiter. Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Es war wieder super!!!
Die gut ausgestattete Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit tollen Ausblick auf das Meer (in 4 Gehminuten ist man an Meer). Der Ort biete alles was man braucht (kleine Bars, Restaurants mit leckerem Essen, gutes Eis, tolle Strände). Aber das Allerbeste ist der super nette Vermieter Vedran (er hat immer super Tipps und immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste!! Echt Top!) und seine Familie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Superschöne Ferienwohnung!!
Es war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten. Es war supersauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von dem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer, so hatten wir wunderbare Frühstücke auf diesem eindrucksvollen Balkon, der sehr gute Möbel hatte (2 Liegen und Tisch m. Stühle). Auch der Ort Pakostane war die richtige Wahl, sehr ruhig, beschaulich und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Vedran ist wie ein Reiseleiter und hat viele gute Tipps gegeben. Zudem spricht er Deutsch und viele andere Sprachen, ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Er wohnt mit Frau und Kind im Haus, eine sehr angenehme Familie. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!

Tolle Wohnung mit einem hervorragenden Gastgeber
Ein Urlaub in der Villa Krpetan ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Gleich bei der Ankunft sind wir persönlich und sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt worden. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und ausführlich erklärt. Die Kommunikation war auf deutsch und englisch möglich. Die Wohnung war genau so wie im Inserat, alles ausgesprochen sauber, ordentlich und auch sehr durchdacht. Die Lage in Pakoštane ist auch ausgezeichnet, denn man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand, der Marina oder im Zentrum, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Da es aber keine Hotels gibt, wirkt der Ort dennoch nicht so touristisch, wie andere. Vom Gastgeber haben wir unheimlich viele Tipps bekommen, zu Ausflügen, Einkaufen, Essen gehen... einfach zu jedem Thema stand er immer hilfsbereit zu Verfügung und seine Empfehlungen waren jedes Mal super und haben sich gelohnt. Wir konnten ganz für uns sein, aber wenn wir etwas wissen wollten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Wir durften auch mal die anderen Wohnungen sehen - auch alles großartig und für alle Vorlieben etwas dabei. Dass man dort toll Urlaub machen kann, haben wir auch daran gesehen, dass fast alle anderen Gäste, die während unseres Aufenthalts dort waren, nicht zum ersten Mal dort Urlaub gemacht hatten. Für uns ist klar: Wir kommen auch sehr gerne wieder!

Wiederholt ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wie immer hat alles bestens funktioniert, die Wohnung ist sauber, voll ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wunderschönener Ausblick vom Balkon den ich jetzt schon vermisse. Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Pakostane ist genau richtig, alles sehr gut erreichbar. Ob Markt, Bäcker oder Restaurant. Selbst den Strand erreicht man schnell zu Fuß. Es war bereits unser 2. Urlaub bei Vedran, und es wird bestimmt nicht der letzte gewesen sein.

Location idéale si vous voulez aller à Pakostane
Location très bien située - à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre ville. La location correspond exactement à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec les locataires. Ils ont fait le nécessaire pour que nous ayons 2 chaînes françaises . La propriétaire parle très bien le français et l'anglais. En plus de la documentation qui se trouve dans l'appartement, elle nous donnait des précisions sur ce qu'il fallait aller voire dans la région. On a passé de très bonnes vacances et nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !!!
Gute Lage vom Haus, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und auch im Ort wo man alles wichtige findet was man braucht. Wir waren sehr überrascht und erfreut darüber! Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht das es einem an nichts fehlt und man sich wohl fühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, der Balkon ist herrlich und der Ausblick sowieso. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und im guten Zustand. Auch mit Hunden kann man den Urlaub im Apartment Krpeta nur empfehlen, es gibt einen herrlichen Weg am Meer entlang zum Nachbarort wo man wunderschön, zum Teil auch durch Bäume geschützt, laufen kann. An sich wirkt auch der Ort Pakoštane sehr hundefreundlich, was man also Hundebesitzern nur empfehlen kann. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub im Hause Krpeta, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!!!

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub mit tollen Vermietern!
Vedran und seine Familie haben uns wieder sehr herzlich empfangen! Das Apartement tiptop und unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar entspannend und erholsam! Alles was man benötigt, ist fußläufig erreichbar, Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants ect... Vedran steht mit Empfehlungen und Ideen für Ausflüge, Restaurants, wo gutes Olivenöl zu erhalten ist usw. mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Vielen Dank! :) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super freundlicher Vermieter samt Familie.....
Als wir gegen Mitternacht durch eine Flugverspätung mit unserem Leihauto nach Pakostane kamen, würden wir freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen, sogar an der Straßeneinfahrt zum Haus gelotst. Die Wohnung war sauber, platzmässig für zwei Personen ok, nur das Bad ist für meinen Wohlfühlfaktor zu klein. Ok alles vorhanden aber eben beengt...das nächste Mal erfrage ich die Größe des Bades und gut isst 😎 wir haben tolle Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Städte und Lokalen vom Vermieter bekommen. Auch Fahrräder, Strandmatte sowie Sonnenschirm oder Luftmatratze konnten wir uns ausleihen, kostenlos 👍 auf nach Pakostane und unbedingt zum Fledermaushotel 🙃

Appartamento bello e abbastanza in linea con le aspettative. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Peccato per la camera un po' troppo piccola e così pure il letto (piccolo, una piazza e mezza). L'aria condizionata a pagamento non la trovo in linea con il prezzo dell'appartamento, e neppure con le indicazioni presenti sull'offerta, dovrebbe essere specificato. Per il resto buona soluzione, terrazzo molto grande e vivibile, vicinanza al mare e al lago e al centro del paese. Voto 8!

I like to come in Villa Krpeta because we feel like at home. And for us best is apartment Grafulin. We are coming here for 10 years and we will come back again. Great apartments, close to the beach, nice beaches, clear sea, excelent atmosphere. Recommend to all.

Sehr nette und geschmackvoll eingerichte Wohnung
Wiir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Vermieter Vedran hat uns sehr nett mit Informationen zu Restaurants, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Weiter stellte er uns Liegematten und Sonnenschirm kostenfrei (!) zur Verfügung.

Traumhaft schön
Ja,was soll ich noch schreiben? Einen Urlaub in Kroatien und dann bei der Familie Krpeta ist einfach traumhaft schön. Die Wohnungen in der Villa Krpeta sind alle liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts in den Wohnungen. Nun, die Familie Krpeta sind auch sehr liebe und nette Vermieter. Die Villa Krpeta liegt ca. 300 mtr. vom schönen Strand entfernt. Steht man auf dem Balkon ( jede Wohnung hat einen) sieht man die Adria. Ich bin jetzt zum 7ten mal hier und werde immer wieder bei der Familie Krpeta Urlaub machen. Es ist eben traumhaft schön. Peter Ranker

Wohnung skolj ist traumhaft schön, wunderschöne Terrasse und herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und die Inseln! Die Lage vom Haus ist auch top! Die Familie Krpeta ist der bislang beste Gastgeber den man sich wünschen kann. Sie sind immer für einen da. Haben immer ein offenes Ohr für den Gast. Sie sind sehr sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Ich könnte immer weiter schreiben, es würden mir noch mehr als genug positive Eigenschaften für die Fam. Krpeta einfallen. Die Wohnungen ( egal welche man nimmt ) sind alle super toll und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In den Wohnungen fehlt es an nichts. Und die Aussicht vom Balkon aus über Pakostane zur Adria hin, einfach sehr sehr schön. Und abends den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus zu sehen schööööööön. Was soll ich sonst noch schreiben!? Ich war jetzt zum 5ten mal da. Das sagt ja eigentlich mehr als die geschriebenen Worte. Liebe Fam. Krpeta, vielen Dank für die 5 tollen Urlaube die ich bei euch verbringen durfte. Ihr werdet mich nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wiedersehen. Ich freue mich schon jetzt drauf. Also, bis dahin Peter

Der perfekte Urlaub
Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in Pakostane und auch in der Wohnung Grafulin. Uns gefällt die Ferienwohnung, der Vermieter mit seiner Familie und der Urlaubsort so gut, dass wir auch wieder direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben. Besser können wir uns einen Urlaub nicht vorstellen, hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter, unser Hund war immer willkommen, Strand-und Stadtnähe, was will man mehr?! Wir waren auch dieses Jahr wieder mehr als zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt in einer der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
