This is my second time at this property and I think it is very nice. Big and clean rooms with kitchenette and a VERY good gym round the deal for me. Azyz at the reception is a star. He really helped us a lot and we are grateful for that. Will go back again when in Paris.

University up market hostel
Check in a nightmare, in fact the second check in was worse. My 2 stays were one after the other ,so checked out sunday morning to check in sunday afternoon. But there is no one on duty except security on sunday, they put me back in my old room ,which had not been cleaned from my previous stay. I was told cleanig was done only on tuesday. I had to find my old card left in the drop off box in the morning. This was done by taking all the cards and trying them till one worked. Next... there is a launderette on site but you cant use it unless you are staying long term. ( ONE MONTH ) . Tv is limited. Its not so much hotel but university hostel.

Plus une chambre d'étudiant qu'un hôtel : la TV ne fonctionne pas, la chasse d'eau non plus et le petit-déjeuner le matin a été très difficile : le barista est tout seul, chaque client passe sa commande et résultat 30 minutes d'attente pour avoir un café et la moitié de la commande dans le plateau. A noter aussi que l'établissement est a 20 minutes à pied de la gare et que le soir les alentours ne sont pas très sécurisés.

Résidence étudiante avec gardien Séjours de deux nuits Première nuit, les jeunes hurlaient rigolaient dans la cour intérieure de 2h à 6h du matin le gardien ne dit rien affreux Deuxième nuit plus calme mais pas sans bruit Propreté dans les communs du deuxième étage à revoir complètement moquette sale, odeur désagréable En ce qui concerne l appartement idem sol qui colle miette les draps de la chambre en mezzanine propre ou sale la question se pose salle de bain minuscule chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas Logement réservé pour trois seulement 2 assiettes 2 verres 1 petite cuillère….. bref déçu

Positivt: Boendet ligger i ett modernt och tryggt område samt har bra förbindelser med tåg in till Paris för en bra peng. Inlåst parkering finns som fungerade toppen! 👍 Negativt: Personalen hade brister med sin engelska. Köket i rummet saknade vardaglig utrustning, bestick samt att avloppet i badrummet luktade hemskt och hade en riktigt ofräsch toalettborste. Trycket i duschen var dessutom ingen höjdare så det var utmanande att tvätta sig. 👎

Arrivé un dimanche soir à 22h. A l'accueil apparemment un agent de sécurité, mal aimable qui rigole avec ces amis juste à côté... La personne n'a pas pris en compte mes questions. C'est quand même limite d'être accueillis comme ça dans un telle établissement c'est limite... Ayant regardé vos avis google, c'est toujours les mêmes problèmes qui reviennent c'est bien dommage pour un lieu si bien pensé. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi les communs à l'étage n°2 sont aussi sale, il doit y avoir des acariens, des parasites... du coup dans les chambres aussi. Excusez moi des termes mais à l'étape n°2 ça pue vraiment...
