Nice and quiet place to stay. The appartement is somewhat limited in amenities. There was a lack of some essential cookware and plates for someone wanting to cook a basic meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for some quiet and relaxing vacations.

Excellent location a block from the beach and walkable to old town. Very helpful staff. Sketchy, almost useless wifi and weak air conditioning. Amenities are average - could benefit from a renovation.

Can’t wait to go back.
Great location, walking distance to the beach. Quite part of town and close to lots of other sites and beaches. The breakfast was my kids favorite food they ate everyday. The staff made this place the best. They were so helpful when we needed anything and went out of their way to translate for us on the phone when needed.

Well located apart hotel in Palamos
Close to the beach, this appart hotel could be really good but: * the convertible sofa bed is not a real bed. The mattress is just some foam and it doesn’t transform into a 2 person bed but into 2 singles ‘beds’ * habitations are not sound proof, you will hear your neighbors * there is no door between the sleeping room and the other room with the kitchen and the sofa bed, just the corridor (that give access to the bathroom too). * reserve your parking beforehand, they will tell you you can do it later but you won’t be able to because it will be full and they won’t help you find a solution. * no bottle opener in the kitchen! And it is really clean and with all the facilities you can expect.

As they do not own the parking lot it was expensive, 16 euros a day. The street parking around the hotel was constantly full but I am guessing if you were persistent you could find some. The room was nice but dated. The air conditioner worked very well. The hotel is one block from the beach which is extremely convenient. We booked with the breakfast included and it was worth it.

Hola buenas tardes. Estoy haciendo esta reclamación porque el dia de ayer pasamos una mala experiencia e este Hotel. Desde que nos entregaron La habitación tenia un problema de la Luz, pedimos cambio, pero según ellos lo solventaron con la persona de mantenimiento. Situación que reclamamos, pero ellos decían que ya estaba solucionado. Al llegar de cenar con mi familia la Habitación No tenia Luz, hasta casi las 2:00 am sin dormir, Situación que no lograron solucionar, al final Nos dieron otra habitación y el Aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pasamos calor. Realmente No logramos dormir. Quisiera solicitar reembolso, ya que considero que fuimos engañado como cliente, lo contratado con lo recibido no concuerda.

Piscine inaccessible !
Très agréable séjour de 5 jours seul point noir les travaux dans la piscine nous avions une chambre juste au dessus si l’ont avait su nous n’aurions pas réservé une chambre coté piscine lesquels en plus sont plus cher !!
