APPRECIATED ALL THESE: Large/wide parking spaces. Clean comfy pillows and beds. Clean room and bathroom. Very clean and well maintained washing machine and dryer. Friendly front desk staff and kitchen personnel. Helpful with travel tips and transportation recommendations. Tactful in holiday displays, it was not just thrown up....It had a THEME!

Frint desk guy very inefficidnt. Took very long time to check in. The room was not cleanied properly. Had hairballs on the floor and other debris. There was pink stain on bedsheet. Place is old and run down. Lot of grubby workers staying there

This hotel, the first staff member i met - I didn’t catch her name but she was a older woman and wore glasses - sweet as pie. Had nice laughter and told us all the info from continental breakfast offered, the lobby had fresh hot water for tea, lemonade, coffee etc and even offered us fresh baked cookies that we unfortunately missed out on at 4:30. but she was sooooo nice!! I wish i got her name because she deserved her praises so nice! The hotel itself was clean, very convenient location as it’s on the strip where all the restaurants were and it was 5-7 minutes from the event i was attending. There was a christmas parade thing block off on malabar this weekend so the car groups with their customized cars were cutting up racing on the side roads lmaooo! it woke me up but that’s out of the hotel control. Overall stay was great. Checkout smooth and all!

One of the best and cleanest hotels, I’ve stayed at the customer service was easily a 10, very interactive with guest, which made the it even more comfortable to stay at along with the clean rooms. They really value the quality of the establishment.
