As soon as I walked into my room, I heard the noises from nearby highway and I thought they must have left the windows open. It was shocking to find out that windows were tight closed. If you are a heavy sleeper you might not mind the motorcycles and truckers passing by late at night. Room is outdated, popcorn ceiling, old couch and bathroom. I’d have preferred to stay at a 1 or 2 star hotel. Definitely not coming back.

Excellent staff that needed to deal with poor maintenance. Front desk and housekeeping did a fine job were helpful and polite. Hotel room lock didn’t work. Given different room toilet broken not secured to the floor. Maintenance came and repaired it but it would only flush if I took the cover off the water tank and manually opened the water valve each time

They had me in the back tower which the room was not that nice as the pictures looked and you could hear the interstate with the tv on and the door shut. I asked to be moved which the guy with the tattoos in his hands didn’t even want to look at first asked me to check back at 5:30 I came back at 4:30 explaining I have a business dinner and would like to be moved her explained they were booked though hotels.com still showed availability for the night and the guy had an attitude and pretended he was moving me to the other side where I would be in the same tower but no near the interstate I said that’s fine. When I got to the room the room was in fact on the same side as the previous room and being on the lower level made it even louder and you could hear water from the pipes in the wall as well as there was a nasty smell like wet dog. I sucked it up as I was only staying for one night and checked out by 7am where the older lady with brown hair at the front desk didn’t even ask about my stay preferred to answer the phones then to help me and I honestly just couldn’t wait to get out it was disgusting and do not recon the 10/10 recommendations are lies there nothing a 10 about this place.

From the elevators overwhelming smell of cat urine, the trickle of water that comes out of the shower head, to lack of support from management this hotel is by far one of the worst places I've stayed in a long time. The only positive experience we had was that front desk moved us to a different room because the original room we were assigned was right up against the I95 Freeway (of course it cost us premium). Small bathrooms uncomfortable beds, and unusually low water pressure in the shower.

We had to change our room on the first night because it smelled so badly of mold and fragrance that I became asthmatic. Then after we got settled and began to open the couch for our son to sleep on, we discovered there wasn’t any bedding for it. Housekeeping wouldn’t answer the phone and so we had to go to the main desk to ask for bedding. This took 30 minutes because there was only one person on duty dealing with multiple people some of whom were also asking about sofa bedding. When it was finally our turn the clerk tried to avoid getting us pillows because of how far she would have to go to get them. Given that it was now midnight and we had a college event the next morning, I asked her to please get the pillows, which she did. So now past midnight we are carrying pillows and bedding up to our room. On day two my husband attempted breakfast that we had prepaid for but apparently didn’t have the proper documentation or room notes about and so that also became another 30 min delay before he was granted the breakfast that we paid for for two nights but were at this point only using one. Oh, and the pool in the photos looks enormous but is actually no bigger than a large house pool. I seriously don’t understand the ratings or the draw for this place. It looks nice on approach but when you get into the rooms and the service, it’s terrible. I did complain to Expedia during the breakfast issue, but they did nothing and the hotel never followed up either. Never again.
