It is what it is.
I was only there overnight but it was perfectly acceptable — a little high priced for what it actually is. The night clerk could benefit with a few days at ‘charm school’. The morning clerk was fine at check out.

The room was great and all but was not like it was advertised for the 450 dollars it was advertised that it would fit 4 people with plenty of room but pretty much 2 people maybe 3 if you wanted fit there and called in advanced to see if it actually fit the 4 people that I payed for and was advertised but nope if it was for 4 people at least 2 bathrooms and 2 beds would be give instead of the pull out couch and the bed given but all in all can’t complain much

The outdoor area is NEVER cleaned: my 4th stay in this hotel and each time I notice no one bothered to wipe the tables or clean up a bit. The furniture in the garden area could also get a refresh. Breakfast has always been poor with nasty, lukewarm coffee. No daily service and even when you request extra towels or coffee to be brought by the end of the day it doesn't show up and you have to ask the reception desk. Not sure I'll go back even though the rooms are nice and I love the location

The only thing that bothered me was the coffee was there all day and they didn’t freshen it up so if you came in the afternoon, had a cup of coffee, the urn was sitting there from the morning In general facility was very good The Staff members I encountered were very helpful and friendly

Due to a flight delay we arrived at the hotel around 11pm. The mail door was locked and the sign said to ring the bell. We rang the bell and waited, then rang again and waited, then the third time just kept finger on the button for many minutes. A lady appeared from the back room, looked liked we had woken her up. She started to check us in then turned to the bin in the corner and was sick, then came back to us then was sick again in the corner. This was an awful first impression and made me feel sick as we could hear and smell the sick.
