Disgusting
Could not agree ven access property upon arrival and host could not be reached- had to find another place to stay. Then, host reached out on day 2 and granted access to property- but upon entering, unit was not clean, there was food, trash and personal belongings everywhere. Kitchen and bathroom were disgusting- I cleaned stove, hair in the bathtub and no towels to use. Not even a tv in unit. We opted not to stay. Owner agreed to refund us, but we are still waiting on refund from Vrbo a week later… worst rental experience ever.
