Escape to this beautifully updated condo located on the 7th fairway with lake and mountain views. Experience playing a round of golf at Palm Desert Resort Country Club with its challenging renovated 18 hole par 72 public golf course.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo also includes new flooring and furniture throughout, vaulted ceilings, and an updated fully-equipped kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. Wake up with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking view from the primary bedroom which includes a king size bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The quaint, cozy guest bedroom includes queen size bed and flatscreen TV. Feels like a boutique luxury hotel with the comforts of home. There is also a washer and dryer for your extended stay.

The patio is the best feature with stunning views. During the day you can relax in the shade on the patio with a book, or for those that must “work”, the patio table can be a perfect “second office” ​ that will surely not feel like work. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine, beer or your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful mountains by the fire pit as the sun sets. The full, well-equipped kitchen has all you will need to cook your best recipes or you can grill on the BBQ.

​In addition to the golf course at Palm Desert Resort Country Club, it also includes a driving range, putting green, chipping area and practice bunker to work on your game. There are multiple tennis/pickleball courts if golf isn’t your style. The golf course, tennis courts (7) and pickleball courts (24) are all open to the public for a small fee. Be sure to check out the golf pro shop or tennis/pickle ball lounge for all your needs. If you are hungry, be sure to visit the café for breakfast or lunch. The clubhouse is now open and includes dining, bar and lounge area. Food is delicious! The clubhouse is open to the public.

After a round of golf or a game of tennis or pickleball, you can enjoy one of the community salt water pools/jacuzzis to help soothe your muscles. There are 20 community salt water pools/jacuzzis within the resort if you want a change of scenery. The resort is also beautiful for nice leisurely walks for some good exercise.

Great stay
The property is exactly as pictured, very clean with every amenity one needs from a roaster to glassware to BBQ tools. Lots of tv's and lounging furniture both inside and out. The pool is wonderful, literally a two minute walk from the condo and the property safe and secure. The hosts were excellent with communication. I would stay here again.

Fabulous property right on the Fairway with Waterview and Mountain View. Doesn’t get much better than this. Home is very clean and well stocked. Property owners are very attentive to the last detail and very responsive if you should need anything. Would love to come back and visit next year.

Our vacation in Palm Springs was just what we needed thanks to our stay at Aimee and Sean’s beautiful condo. Their attention to detail was amazing and helped us to get comfortable almost immediately after walking through the front door. The condo is immaculate, updated and perfectly located on the fairway of Palm Desert golf course. The views are stunning and so relaxing to wake up to early each morning. Reunion in Palm Desert
Two senior couples gathered again in Palm Springs area. Wonderful stay on the golf course with a lovely, large patio where we spent breakfasts, lunches and usually evenings when cool air returned. The condo was just what we expected with all amenities. Aimee was a super host answering questions by text or chatting on phone. Thank you so much for making our reunion a memorable event.

The host was amazing-very responsive. Check in was seamless. Patio and kitchen were well equipped, linen supplies more than ample. The unit is beautifully appointed. Amiee has taken great pains to ensure the comfort of her guests Great for a couple but due to overall size, limited storage space, cozy size of the second bedroom, and compact size of the ensuite bath, the unit is probably not suitable for sharing with another couple.

Home was very well appointed. Stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood(golf course community) was extremely well landscaped and maintained. Nice golf course on the "executive" style. Amazing Property and Outstanding Hosts!
The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway in the desert. The condo is beautifully decorated and so well stocked and appointed. I really felt like we were being welcomed into their home. Super cozy! Communication with Aimee was amazing. I always got a quick, friendly response and she was very helpful! I will for sure be checking for availability the next time we need to be in Palm Desert!

The Best Getaway
A small group of us came to the desert for Coachella & had the absolute best stay at Aimee & Sean’s place! Everything was so well thought out, the house is stocked with everything you need & then some for a perfect stay. Aimee & Sean checked in on us through out the stay as well. We accidentally locked our selves out super late at night & felt terrible about it but they were very responsive & helped us get back in quickly. Would love to come back again & spend more time at this lovely property. The golf course is so quite & peaceful in the mornings, we loved having breakfast on the patio.

This property had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to eat breakfast every morning facing the mountains and the fairway! As avid golfers we were always about 20-30 minutes away from the most beautiful courses. The hosts communicated all the details we needed to know for an easy stay. In addition, they have impeccable decorating taste and provided us with all the luxuries of home. We will definitely be back!

The perfect getaway location!
We were so delighted with this lovely property! Upon walking in we were impressed by the attention to all of the details, even stocked with coffee and all the little extras, i.e. Plenty of clothes hangers, and shower soaps/ shampoos. The location was clean, easy to get to and Aimee & Sean were amazing providing all the instructions upon our arrival, and checked on us during our trip for the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. The patio is amazing, we would definitely recommend!!!

We stayed 10 wonderful days at this well appointed, comfy townhouse. Wonderful location on the 7th fairway of the golf course. The patio is spacious with a sitting area and a table that seats 6. Great kitchen with full complement of dishes, glassware, cooking pans and utensils. They've thought of everything. Aimee and Sean are great hosts and checked in with us throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this wonderful place!

Winter Getaway
This property looks exactly like what you see on this site - and that's every renter's wish! I agree with each previous reviewer. We've stayed with friends for short stays in the Resorter complex for many years, so we're very familiar with it. This year we decided to stay 3 weeks in our own unit and try to get away from some cold and snow. Aimee and Sean are great hosts and are easy to communicate with. The unit is clean and well taken care of; it has plenty of kitchenware and bathroom products to use; the property management comes by each week and cleans the front and even the blows off the patio! The peaceful patio is a big reason to use this unit. The views from the patio are great. You can see 3 different holes from the patio so you have no shortage of action on the golf course. The patio also faces the Chocolate Mountain Range, where you can watch the varying colors of those peaks change throughout the day. An underrated aspect of the desert. We look forward to planning another long stay and we definitely will try and stay with Aimee and Sean!

Birthday Celebration!
This was our first trip to Palm Desert with our friends to celebrate our husbands birthdays. We had a great time! Aimee and Sean’s condo was perfect for our long weekend! The minute we walked into the condo we could tell it was well taken care of. Thoughtfully stocked in every room that meet all our needs! We enjoyed the beautiful patio having our coffee in the morning and sitting around the fire pit in the evening sipping our wine! We enjoyed playing a couple rounds of golf. Drove to Palm Springs and took the Aerial Tramway. Checked out a few local restaurants. Than you again we would definitely go back and stay at your home!
