I was disappointed the website mentioned a restaurant on-site, just to find out when we checked in that the restaurant had moved locations and no longer on-site.

Water pressure low shower would be warm then cold. Hallway caerpet smell old bathroom sink no stopper not WYDEM PROPERTY Iyoi can hear people over you and next to you. Irorning board had to put against wall to be straight. Hadicap room was outdated needed painting and remodled air conditioner noisy if y9u take shower wayer would get cold and pressure low!!!

The picture of the website does not match the room I don't know if the other rooms look like the photos but mine didn't. Shower was small and the floor was dirty it look like Moe the shower handle were really hard to move, I only reason I stay was because of was to late to look for another place but I didnt even take a shower after I saw the shower floor and I took pictures to prove it doesn't match the photos online

The premises were not like the pictures online. The room was so outdated. You could smell mold when you walked in. The balcony looked unsafe to stand on. I had even upgraded to a garden view. There was no garden to view. Even the parking area was a bit sketchy to say the least. We felt so uneasy that we ended up not staying there. The pictures online are not at all what the rooms look like. The staff was really nice and even helpful.

The room was dingy. Carpets are awful. The floor near the bathroom was soaking wet, even though we just walked into thr room. It was pricy, spend a little more and stay at micer place.

Worst room I have ever stayed. Very old and dated. Broken furniture, disgusting black mold in the shower.the room was very dark and dingy! Do not and I repeat, do not book this room!

I was surprised this facility had positive reviews on Expedia as soon as I pulled in and checked in at the “lobby”. The property is in near ruins. Old, dated, messy, dirty. Feels unwelcoming. The staff was nice enough. The room I stayed in was gross. Dusty and dirty. Carpet had half an inch dust around the baseboard and food or garbage around the fridge. The Curtains were old and odd. The bathroom sink has whiskers I think on and around sink. I would not dare use shower. If the carpet and around furniture was properly cleaned/vaccumed, dusted ,& new curtains I wld give this a 2 star. But this was def a 1 star

The Days Inn by Wyndham in Palm Springs is well-located, on Palm Canyon Boulevard. Everything in Palm Springs is a quick drive away. Abundant free parking was a plus, although half of the parking lot is unlit, which is spooky and weird. My two-night, weekend stay was $299.76, grand total. So, the price was right. Beyond that, this place has nothing to offer and was maddening: Thrice, I asked for my room to be cleaned. That never happened. My hotel phone was dead. They replaced the phone, and it still was dead. The actual phone line did not work. Thrice, I asked the front desk to fix my phone line. That never happened. The narrow shower stall's water pressure was weak, and the temperature oscillated between tepid and scorching. Conversely, the swimming pool was cold, perhaps unheated. In the hot desert, a cool pool is not a bad thing, but it should not feel cold upon entry. The water was a bit murky and should have been clearer. The hallway carpets look like they were installed when "The Brady Bunch" was first on air, and last cleaned before "Seinfeld" went into re-runs. The balcony and walkway outside my door had chipped paint and pieces of wood that looked as if they might fall away at any moment. The restaurant has paper in its windows that shield the vacant premises from hungry eyes. This was a disappointing, frustrating stay. The only consolation is that I did not spend even more money to be let down this badly. Deroy Murdock New York City
