Good luck trying to check in, we were outside for an hour calling and knocking on the door. When my bf finally got ahold of the guy inside, he was promised a refund for a stay we declined because the guy was sketchy and wanted $100 cash, no option to have the charge on the card. He said he would reverse the charge and he never did. Expedia said thereā€™s nothing they could do because they canā€™t get ahold of the guy for confirmation. Donā€™t waste your money or time.

I killed two roaches. I asked the man at the front desk to provide roach traps--he claimed he wasn't allowed to do so. He said he would have the room treated, but that didn't happen. Holes in the curtains. Cigarette burn on the bedspread. Broken chair. Hair in the shower. Neighbors making noise literally all night. Light fixtures not finished. Burned out light bulb not replaced. IT WAS AWFUL!!

This is an older motel. It has been updated for the most part and everything worked well. My one complaint is that the beds aren't comfortable and should be replaced. But, for the price, I can't complain (except for the beds). Location is great: close to downtown and east palm canyon dr.

The property is actually very decent. The room was clean. Water pressure was little weak but it was fine, hot water is still hot enough. I am surprised they still provide body lotion as other motels donā€™t anymore. Love the fact that they have a microwave! They have two swimming pools, I thought one of them was a jacuzzi but it wasnā€™t. Given the price is inexpensive, I will definitely come back!

I needed a place to stay for a conference and the conference hotel was already booked up. This place was affordable, comfortable, and close to downtown Palm Springs, so it worked really well!

You get what you pay for. Did we even get that?
This place is barely a hotel and pretty ghetto. Room was fine and clean, but definitely not a destination. The price reflects the quality; we definitely got what we paid for, but next time weā€™ll spend a few extra dollars and get a nicer place. If I was traveling with my spouse weā€™d probably take one look at the place and go elsewhere. Pretty sketchy overall, and apart from the pool area, which was nice, everything else was pretty slapped together to just barely make a motel. Our full length mirror in the room was 1/2 of a sliding glass mirror door, screwed to the wall. Internet WiFi, and TV streaming was pretty much non-existent. Spend a bit more elsewhere. Yikes.

Needs a revamp and better service
This place looked great in the photos but in reality itā€™s tired and dirty. You have to close the curtains as everyone on the ground floor can see in your room. We had a foam mattress which was warm and uncomfortable, and they wouldnā€™t move us for the next night as it was too difficult for them! The courtyard was a dustbowl and not the nicest place to sit out. I would have left when we booked in but my husband said weā€™d already paid!
