Perfect Getaway!

The condo was in a great place just blocks from the downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you need from coffee to pool towels. The back balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, upgraded appliances, comfy bed and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Sarah was great at communicating and such a big help with suggestions and available for anything needed. I would definitely return and tell my friends about this place!

Week in Palm Springs

Very well located. You can walk to most restaurants most of which are very good to excellent. The condo was well equipped (3 coffee makers! Nespresso, Keurig and drip). The only thing lacking was an ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator.

Great location

It was a great location. Noisy on 2nd floor from people above and from road noise. The flat could use a better blind in living area to give light but privacy. Far too dark. No kettle, blunt knives. Otherwise very well equipped. It was seemed expensive in January as it was too cold to use the pool.

In Palm Springs for a wedding. The location was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze even though our flight was delayed 5 hours. Very clean. As represented in photos. Covered parking was a big plus at 100 degrees. We didnā€™t spend a lot of time there, but it looked very well appointed.

Great Condo in Palm Springs

The unit is just as pictured. Very comfortable bed and linens. Great shower. The view from the bedroom terrace is spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The area is challenged, as many places are, with a homeless population. We felt safe walking home from town at night but kept a watchful eye. The community is gated but you still need to lock your car and unit at all times. There was evidence that others can get into the complex. The pool is lovely and peaceful. We played tennis a few times. I recommend booking this unit, you wonā€™t be disappointed.

I loved my stay here at the Biarritz! The property was very clean and up to date. The owner is awesome and helped accommodate to my benefit. There is a grocery store in walking distance, along with the downtown strip a few blocks away. When visiting Palm Springs this is where you want to stay.

Great Condo in Great Location!

We picked the perfect condo for our first visit to Palm Springs. Sarah's beautifully decorated condo is an easy walk to to all the restaurants and attractions. It was easy to communicate with her and she provided nicely detailed directions for checking in and checking out, which made the process so easy. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was nice and we were always able to come out and get lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the rental was great, as described. Sarah, the owner and property manager was absolutely wonderful to work with. She even went above and beyond to help return an important document to us after the rental. If we had to pick one thing that wasnā€™t ideal, it would be the traffic noise from Ramon Rd. while poolside - but we are used to very quiet country living. Highly recommended!

Short visit to Palm Springs

We stayed at Sarahā€™s condo during the atmospheric river that hit LA. The weather did not end up keeping us from outdoor activities and Sarahā€™s place was a quiet, restful place to come back to rest from hiking and site seeing.

Great choice for Palm Springs visit.

The condo was a good choice for our 1st visit to Palm Springs - very nicely decorated, in like new condition and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely. The location was great for walking to downtown Palm Springs and also for driving to various sights and attractions we enjoyed. Sarah was friendly and responsive to our questions and needs both before and during our stay. We recommend this property and will consider again if we return to the area. Thanks for hosting us.

Location and Beautifully Decorated Condo

My wife and I had a great stay. Very well decorated condo. Fantastic location. We loved the unobstructed mountain view from the bedroom. We checked in on Thursday and walked to the weekly Village Fest on Palm Canyon that was very cool. Enjoyed that a lot. If your staying on a Thursday recommend checking it out including going to the Art Museum which is free on Thursdays. Also, the Marilyn Monroe statue there is amazing. Sarah was a great host. Communications with were easy and pleasant.
