The staff was really helpful, the room was clean and the property was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. The only issue was we had to wait for two hours past check in time for our room to be available. Otherwise, good value for families visiting the desert.

Stayed 4 nights and couldn't get them to clean my room. I knew it was not every day but even after reminding the front desk early in the morning it still didn't get clean. On checkout I asked the front desk to express my disappointment to the manager. Thought I would at least get a email apologizing for the oversight. Nothing,oh well just a comment

The TV was broken, TV was replaced. Washer and dryer was broken, had to go off site to wash clothes. The air unit made a lot of noise in the room. House keeping never came for the 3 days we were there, did request service but never came.

Overall the hotel needs an update or some good cleaning. The carpet in our room is rundown and needs definitely cleaning. Our bathroom light was dark coming from the mirror and toilet needed help so we have to call front desk three times for someone to come and fix it so we have to go downstairs to use it. It took more than an hour before someone came to fix it.

Won't be my choice in the future
While everyone was very nice the hotel needs some work such as updates to include water pressure, bathrooms less than desirable. Not very ADA compliant as it relates to getting ice, opening doors and getting to restaurant. Basically, not a "restaurant. Only good for free breakfast. Went for dinner and you basically had a bar food menu. No one other than bartender working so took 1 hour to get our food after she took order because she was so busy at bar she couldn't get our food. Will not stay here again. Very disappointed.
