A most pleasant two nights
Would definitely stay here again. Clean, spacious room mostly updated. Good sized balconies overlooking pool. Tons of seating options around the pool and a bar. Small but delicious breakfast menu. Fire pit at night. Some of the kindest hotel staff I have encountered in recent years. Very responsive when something was needed. Very happy with our 2 night stay

We loved our stay at the Royal Sun! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and I especially loved the hotel’s ambience, pool bar, food, and Le Labo toiletries. :)

This is an ok hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel. The bed is just ok (not that comfortable and neither were the pillows). A 4 star hotel should at least have a coffee machine in the room as well as bathrobes and slippers. I would say it’s a 2 (at most 3) star hotel. It’s hip and cute but the amenities are not in par with the advertisement.

I enjoyed the property- it was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. That said, I booked and paid for a King Suite that was advertised as sleeping 4 people but when I arrived I was told it could only accommodate 3 people and I was downgraded to a much smaller room with 2 queens without an adjustment to my room rate. It was only a 1 night stay and I would definitely return to the property but this information needs to be adjusted on the listing and I feel more should have been done to accommodate this misinformation in the moment.

This is my second time returning, the staff are consistently cordial and helpful. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are clean. Love the private patio off the room and pool area.
