This bungalow-style unit is set quietly away from the main drag and Palm Canyon Drive - the perfect location with no one above or below you, and easy direct access to and from your vehicle with no stairs & no gates to access, and free parking for you. This condo was featured on the 2017 & 2023 Modernism Tours and the complex now has a Historic Designation!

Magnificent San Jacinto mountain and palm tree views to be enjoyed from the unit and the oversized patio. Your stay includes FREE high-speed wifi & cable and ALL utilities plus all the amenities such as the champagne cork shaped pool and the 2 hot-tub spas. Luxury king-sized bed and fresh linens, 2 Smart TVs, oversized private patio that runs the length of the condo, a Gas BBQ, and more! Well appointed kitchen is fully outfitted for a short or long stay. Vita-Mix for smoothies & Pina Coladas, Keurig, coffee maker, and French Press, Full-size Stove & Fridge, and the list goes on. This property was amazing. The description and images are entirely accurate representations of what to expect. The furniture was comfortable and stylish and the overall aesthetic and design was reflective the location and it's history. The pool was fantastic and very welcome in the hot desert conditions. I cannot fault anything about the accommodation, if you are thinking of booking it then don't hesitate you won't be disappointed. Our host Sarah was very welcoming, clearly communicating the check in processes and was very responsive to any communications, and did everything possible to ensure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Perfect PS Mid Mod Getaway!
It was such fun to stay for 11 days in this very well appointed and updated unit in the historic Ocotillo Lodge! The unit is decorated in a bright and fun Palm Springs Mid Mod style, and the furnishings are comfortable and functional both inside and out. The king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom (with two sinks!) was light and bright! The kitchen has everything you would want for your visit whether you want to eat inside or BBQ outside on the private patio. The location was very convenient being only 5 mins away from downtown and grocery shopping! The pool area was awesome and I learned it's the 2nd largest pool in PS! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Sarah was amazing! She rrached out to me via texting me 24 hours ahead of my arrival and throughout my stay. The place was adorable, clean, stocked well with supplies & loved the extra touches...games, pool noodles, snacks & a bottle of Preseco. I will definitely be back

Great location, great vibe!
What a terrific little mid mod place! Sarah has really created a great vibe in the unit. The location to downtown, the pool being steps away, the instagramable decor was all wonderful. To top it off her communication was speedy and helpful when needed. Super comfy bed…appreciated the snacks and bubbly for our arrival. Can’t say enough about this place! Thanks so much!

Wonderful, memorable stay
Loved this property - so unique, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy and although it wasn’t quite warm enough to swim we enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful pool area with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Located super close to restaurants, shopping and activities and was a great place to come back to after visiting Joshua Tree. Host was very responsive and welcoming. The only bad part was having to leave. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

This property was cozy and welcoming. Everything was pristine and clean. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the side porch with views of the surrounding mountains. It was spectacular! The grounds of the Ocotilla Lodge are beautiful. They seem to actually take you back in time. We look forward to a return visit already!!

We had seen the unit the previous year, during Modernism. We knew we had to stay there as soon as possible, but that had to wait to 2024 Modernism. It was beyond amazing. Walking distance to Koffi, and Elmer's if you don't want to drive. Comfortable and fun. It made us feel like locals. Can't wait to do it again.

From the first impression to the dread of having to leave this property and Palm Springs, this was everything we wanted in a Palm Springs stay. The modest apartment was very clean upon arrival, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host, Sarah was ready to answer questions whenever we had one. She was only a text away. I will highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Ocotillo - a great option
We were so impressed with the quality of this mid-century stylish, adorable condo. Not knowing what to really expect as we hadn't explored that part of Palm Springs before nor this former resort, we were pleasantly surprised with the cheerfully and authentically appointed accommodation and location. The condo is meticulously equipped with linens, towels, kitchen tools - we enjoyed the local restaurants and didn't cook but we certainly could have. The bed's comfortable, roomy bath with great, natural lighting and good water pressure. Sarah could not have been more gracious or accommodating. Will definitely return.

Where to start… we found it just as described mid century mod gem. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for making breakfasts or a dinner Al fresco on the patio using the grill. The bed was comfortable and the location great for a morning walk to Koffi which is what we did. Sarah was a great host and quick to respond if we had any questions. Fantastic mid-mod getaway
What a cute stay in Palm Springs! Sarah’s place is comfortable and perfectly encapsulates a mid century modern feel. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub - They were clean and a great place to meet other vacationers and locals alike. We enjoyed sunrises over the mountains from the patio (mostly thanks to jet lag, but also if you’re a light sleeper I recommend bringing a sleep mask as it does get a bit bright in the unit). The kitchen is well stocked with utensils so if you want to cook or grill you have what you need. Also so convenient to have a new washer and dryer in the unit! Location is also not far from downtown - still a little drive but very easy and on the main road. Felt very safe at the property and walking the surrounding neighborhoods.

Great Little Getaway
Impressively maintained unit and surrounding con do property. Clearly well maintained throughout. Unique spot just off the beaten track, yet an easy drive to anything and everything Palm Springs and the neighboring desert communities have to offer. Quiet mature complex with a fabulous pool combined with a too die for view of the nearby mountains. Perfect couples suite, small, yet it has everything you need to enjoy. The owner's communication was flawless and i would highly recommend a stay in this classic Mid Century Modern unit.

Amazing Midcentury Gem!
My boyfriend & I spent 4 nights in this perfectly adorned condo and are planning to return again next year. The condo is perfect for 2 people and is decorated beautifully with Midcentury and Midcentury-inspired furniture. The Ocotillo Lodge pool was a wonderful place for unwinding in the afternoon and we loved looking at the development’s other condos during our short walk. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and check-in was easy. If you are interested in Palm Springs’ mid mod architecture, you’ll be just a short distance from the Twin Palms, Indian Canyons and Deep Well neighborhoods which all have fantastic Midcentury homes AND you’ll be staying in a William Krisel-designed hotel!

Fun in the sun
This rental is a great spot from which to enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer. It was spotless, well stocked, and very comfortable. The mid mid decor was fun and added to the charm. The location of this rental was perfect- close to everything you need yet quiet and in a beautiful area to explore on foot or on bikes. The pool was great and not busy and we had the hot tub to ourselves in the evenings. It was wonderful to have laundry right in the rental. Communication with the owner was very easy with a quick response to any questions and excellent check in instructions. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!

This bungalow at Ocotillo Lodge in Palm Springs everything for a perfect getaway for two. The owners did an exceptional job of welcoming us and the check-in was a breeze. The unit couldn’t be cuter and exuded Mid Century Modern fun touches from every nook and cranny. The pool scene was relaxed and the location couldn’t be better — close to downtown but in its own little enclave.
