Bandages laying outside of jacuzzi! Gross! Super noisy neighbors next door and cross from hall. Got no sleep until the random knocks on doors and door alarms would stop. People screaming in rooms and even in hallways. Place wasnt quiet to catch sleep until 4am

We went two couple. We asked the lady on the counter to give us two close rooms. But she gave us two rooms in different floors pretending that they do not have empty rooms. The room was smelling terrible. We have to change it. But thanks to a man who came later did it right way. There is no room service for one week stay. There is no towels at the pools and jacuzzies. For everything we have to go to the lobby. Two days they brought water & ice at the pool side. But other days not. The hotel need maintenance. But the most important was the lack of managing.

Although the property itself is a bit tired looking , our room was clean and comfortable Dinner at the Capri was excellent , our waiter Tommie was awesome. Enjoyed our time in the assorted pools .

I never been hotel such as this one as cheap, dirty, old ,unorganized and very depressing room. This property big time needs remodeling, everything is old , bed , shower , carpets outdoor furnitures , when you go front desk asking extra towel they are getting upset, front desk told me use ur old towel we can’t give you extra , asking extra shampoo they also refused, very uncomfortable hotel , I rather stay in motel 6 which is more clean then this one not worthy any penny to spend there. When I was in front desk for checking bunch of people yelling and trying to cancel their reservation.it was my 1st time and never goes back there and recommended to others stay away from Miracle Springs Resort & Spa..

Wanted more !

So the place in its self was not bad. It’s very retro which I personally find charming. I don’t need updated furniture. What peeved me is that before I booked, I specifically asked if I could do a late check out. I can pay the fee, that’s fine! The person on the phone said yes. I’m coming with my dog, daughter, and myself so I do need the room a bit longer than another family would. Once I got there, they told me they could not accommodate me like that. That they needed to book other people. Bummer ! I mean, yes I know the people who are booking would have paid more. But I was looking forward to lounging, dining, and actually doing a spa treatment for me and my daughter ! What they would’ve made with the night booking I could’ve spent that money in their facilities. I was disappointed I did not get to experience this place.

Daniels poor service

The rooms were great ,but what wasnt great was the service, the front dest attendent was rude his name is Daniel, we were in a villa and were not given room keys ,we were told we could use the hotel amenities even though we were off site ,but when we went to the pool and asked for towels he said we could only exchange towels ,i explained to him we were in a villa and had no towels to exchange, he was rude and said there were no towels to give. So i asked for a manager and he said there was no manager on side ,and when I questioned it he said oh yea hes right there 20 feet behind me ,so he called him over ,i explained the situation and he walked me over to get some towels and he did it with a smile, its unfortunate that Daniel doesn't value his job enough to be courteous to the hotel guest, we were there checking the hotel out ,for a wedding reception, unfortunately we will seek another location simple based on the treatment given by Daniel

I love the hotel but the service is kinda off because I ask for a towel for Friday and Saturday and I never got any coz it’s always out.it’s inconvenient
