Staff were attentive and friendly. The room and bathroom were large and clean. No dresser and only one suitcase rack was an issue. We could hear EVERY footstep above us, noise from adjoining rooms and all the outside noise created by guests. It was very child friendly, but not the relaxing experience I come to Palm Springs for. If you choose to stay here, request the 3rd floor.

I have stayed at the Dunes 4 or 5 times, excellent place to stay. Good location for walking to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Give it a try next time your visiting Pal Springs.

Very cute spot with a lot of nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. Standard level of cleanliness, comfy beds, but very thin walls and ceilings! I think they know this considering the room had a built in white noise machine, which worked great for us. Good location to walk to food and downtown.

Great, comfortable stay
So pleasantly surprised at how great our stay was. Hadn’t heard of this place before but wow we will absolutely be back. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and communication was very clear throughout and you’re right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

The hotel looks nice with some recent updates. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was hiking nearby within one mile. Be sure to try the Rooster and the Pig restaurant as well as the Desert Moon just across the parking lot. Both were fantastic.

Great location easy walk by restaurants & shopping. Service was simi friendly except for one of the staff members that was not happy with his job when we were checking in! We got there 30 min. early before check in and had to wait, we were fine then got texted that our room was ready, went upstairs to change and they had also given our room to another guest, yes he walked in while we were changing! Following day our door was left open after cleaning it. Unsure if we would stay here again!

The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all of our many questions! We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area. The bathroom and vanity area were clean and plenty of room. The room meet all our needs.

Too dark in the room, hard to see, too small, bumped legs on bed corners when walking. Poor choice in your liquid soap, too watery. Insufficient parking. Didn’t send me an email with receipt total as I had requested at checkout. Front desk staff very pleasant.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed, and I had to switch and turn around and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. Otherwise, all the blood would’ve rushed my head and would have kept me awake. New mattresses are in order. Other than that, the building was very clean. The door was a bit wonky. I had to lift up in order to get it to close so it should be repaired as well. Unit 203.
