There is literally nothing not to like about this hotel. The service, from the moment you step through the door, is impeccable. They will go to any length to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautiful, as is the entire property. Its location to central Palma is ideal - close, but quiet. Great places to eat close by. We didn’t have dinner at the restaurant, but it’s a very intimate scenario. We tried breakfast, and that may be the only place they could improve a bit. It’s fairly average. I’m really stretching to find something to be critical about since they are about as perfect a 5 star experience as could be. I would definitely stay at Posada Terra Santa if I return to Palma- and the couple we traveled with felt similarly. Truly wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend staying at this hotel enough!!! It was such an amazing experience between the beautiful property and the amazing staff that is beyond accommodating in assisting the guests in everything and anything. What a wonderful oasis. It truly was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at all around. 10/10 hotel!

It is in a great neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to the beach. Many cools shopping experiences by just getting lost in the area from food, wine, clothes and just about anything else.

What a beautiful hotel! Every detail is well thought out mixing the old with the new perfectly! We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool, the drinks were lovely up there on a hot summers day! Such a great hotel. Beautiful setting (the photos do not lie!), great location, very very quiet, amazing breakfast, ect. Very well staffed, everyone from the cleaning crew to the manager is always smiling and ready to help. We got lots of suggestions from the reception staff, who also booked some tours for us. Great communication. Amazing roof top terrace! We will be back!
