Great for plane spotting!
The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm!

Had an amazing stay at Sergioā€™s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. Could not recommend more!

Es ist eine tolle Anlage mit Potential. Schade, dass der tolle Umschwung nicht besser unterhalten wird. Je nach Wind ist der FluglƤrm ziemlich stƶrend und der Pool ist sehr sehr klein.

Very nice host
We have been very satisfied with our stay in Sergio's house. We enjoyed the time there and the house was exactly what we expected according to the descriptions. Its true, you can hear airport caused noise, the pool is not deep nor large, but it was all clear to us or described and therefore we had accept it when booked it. There are a lot of dishes available and even a fridge in the garden with a separate kitchen. Very nice. We had fresh towels when we and it was very clean. And the communication with Sergio was easy, good and very supportive.

kein Fernseher, kein Radio, die KĆ¼che schmutzig und die Bestecke alt und schlecht, die GlƤser blind, der GeschirrspĆ¼ler wusch das Geschirr nicht sauber, daher alles mit der Hand gesƤubert, keine Kaffeemaschine, die Finca und der Garten in einem ungepflegten Zustand, das 2. Schlafzimmer hatte ein Doppelstockbett und ein Campingbett, fĆ¼r Leute in meinem Alter (74) eine Qual. Der Preis fĆ¼r 7 Tage zu teuer. Die Natur ohne FlugzeuglƤrm ansonsten toll, der Pool zu klein. Sollte man nicht Pool nennen, eher eine Badewanne. Man kƶnnte aus der Finca viel mehr machen, aber.......

Nous avons passĆ© une semaine chez Sergio. La chambre dans la tour est trĆØs atypique. Le fait d'avoir deux salles de bains est trĆØs pratique ! Le logement est le jardin sont spacieux ! La piscine un peu petite, mais a le mĆ©rite d'ĆŖtre lĆ  ! L'environnement est trĆØs beau Nous avons eu un peu chaud, mais Sergio nous a tout de suite amener un ventilateur supplĆ©mentaire, la communication a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs facile ! Je recommande fortement

Nette Finca, aber ungenaue Beschreibung
Die Finca von Sergio ist sehr nett, sauber, hat ein gutes Preis-LeistungsverhƤltnis, mit dem Auto braucht man ca 10 zum Flughafen, an den Strand und nach Palma. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung bei FeWo Direkt ungenau, weil mit keiner Silbe erwƤhnt wurde, dass der Pool erst im Juni ƶffnet. FeWo-Direkt/Vrbo versuchen sich rauszureden, sie seien nicht der Vertragspartner und wollen keinen Nachlass geben, sie verweisen auf den Vermieter. Der Kundenservice ist absolut unterirdisch.

Locatie is schitterend maar lastig te bereiken door slechte weg. Leuk huis, wel achterstallige onderhoud. Veel ramen en luiken gingen niet open. In het zwembad geen water. Geen t.v. aanwezig. Ouderslaapkamer geen kast/opbergruimte. Badkamer geen haakjes voor handdoek. Mooie grote tuin goed omheind. Ideaal voor de hond.

GroƟ, sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen
GroƟes Haus/GrundstĆ¼ck, das nur Ć¼ber einen Feldweg zu erreichen ist. Etwas zu viele Ameisen und ein sehr lauter Backofen, ansonsten gut ausgestattet und sauber! Die Flugzeuge sind deutlich zu hƶren, unsere Kinder fanden es aber spannend, sie anzuschauen. Gute Ausgangslage, um die Gegend um Palma zu erkunden.

Belle maison proche de Palma
Nous avons passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans la maison de Sergio. Il fait trĆØs chaud Ć  Palma au mois d'aoĆ»t et la piscine, bien que de la taille d'un spa, est suffisante et nous a permis de nous rafraĆ®chir Ć  loisir. C'Ć©tait trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. Il faut obligatoirement une voiture mais ĆŖtre Ć  proximitĆ© de Palma au calme nous a parfaitement convenu. Sergio est trĆØs rĆ©actif et nous a rĆ©servĆ© un bel et gentil accueil.

buena estancia si tienes vehiculo
La casa es amplia y limpia. el propietario indica que tiene 3 habitaciones, cuando en realidad son dos habitaciones con otro pequeƱo habitƔculo, que no se podria llamar habitacion en el cual ha introducido una pequeƱa cama. hay muchos bichos e insectos , ademƔs de plagas de hormigas y de abispas. La vajilla no permite calentar en el microondas ya que contiene trazas de metal y no hay ningun plato que se pueda calentar. las duchas estan atascadas y se sale agua continuamente. deja una toalla de ducha solo por cada persona que se aloja ( me parecen pocas, ya que no hay toallas de mano ni nada por el estilo). por lo general es una casa amplia que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto , pero debes tener vehƭculo propio o alquilarlo para poder llegar a ella.
