This area is only 300 metres away from the extensive beach of Palma, the tourist spot for excellence of the island. Here you will find the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything you need for an ideal holiday. The property is only 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the centre of Palma.
This villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace at the front of the house. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in total comfort. Two of the bedrooms are quadruple rooms with an en suite bathroom, consisting of two double beds. In addition, the interior of the villa has a bright living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The property also offers fibre internet connection and all the comforts for your enjoyment.
In addition, less than 250 metres away you will find regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.
