For guests staying on THURSDAY EVENING, kindly take the trash bins out to the street for collection Friday morning. If you're CHECKING IN/STAYING on FRIDAY, please place the trash bins neatly to the side of the garage.

Please advise that the entire property will be accessible during your stay, with one exception, the garage is not accessible. The backyard is not in the best looking condition, please advise.
For your safety, there are 1 outdoor security cameras on the property. The camera is located in the front entrance.
