Well lived-in but sparkling clean home minutes from Meta, Amazon, Stanford, and Levi Stadium. Situated in an older Latino community. Enjoy cable TV, spacious family and dining room and a well appointed kitchen. Ample free parking and cool AC. Front yard can be enclosed for pets to run around. The house has a separate attached unit that shares the driveway.

Other things to note:
This house is one of four units on this property. Each unit has a completely separate entrance and it’s unlikely you will meet the other guests.
Several neighbors on the street have dogs that live outside in the yard and bark every time somebody walks by the house.

PETS: we allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please provide details about your pet (dog/cat, size, barking etc.) in the booking request. If the pet is approved we will send a request for the additional pet fee through the platform which must be paid prior to check-in.
PET FEE: $50/night with a base fee of $150 for 3 nights or less.

Affordable
Owner was at the property when i arrived. She was moving items out of the house and still cleaning the house.....The front door you had to play around with it to lock it properly....The hallway closet had personal items in it. The second room which i guess is supposed to be the master room had one mirror closet door and too small to be the master. The third room needs to be considered the master. The location of the refrigerator is hidden.....The bathroom needs some work and the tv channels can be better...Property has potential to be a great rental but some more work needs to be done
