A really special property - so very well apointed ! The staff is incredible and goes well beyond - from the hosts at the checkin desk, to the bartender at the rooftop bar, to the gentleman that served me coffee and breakfast to go in the hotel dining on the ground floor.. it all made for a memorable experience!

Very disappointed that the hotel refused to offer any credit towards a future stay when one member of our party fell ill and we had to cancel our trip. Despite our giving notice of cancellation two days in advance, the hotel still charged us the entire amount, thereby squandering an opportunity to earn goodwill. We will be staying elsewhere on future visits.
