The host, Jean-Louis, is excellent and friendly, and provides a wealth of information on the apartment itself as well as local dining options and activities. It appears that he stays here himself in the off-season and it shows: the kitchen and laundry area are well-stocked for those who want to self-cater and all the rooms have an impressive array of AV equipment. The wifi is broadband and not shared, so works very well. The shower and bathroom look recently renovated and are immaculate. The apartment is a short walk from the beach, so you don't have to shark around in the mornings for the very limited paid public parking spaces in the area; there is a dedicated and private parking space for your vehicle in the apartment complex if needed. Pals beach is excellent for families and visitors in general, as it is one of the longer beaches in this part of the coast but is also much less touristy. This means it's not overcrowded even in peak season and, while there are international visitors, the majority of people are locals. After coming to the Costa Brava annually for 16 years, Pals is our preferred place to stay for its chilled vibe but variety of things to do. One last thing: like most private residences in this part of Spain, there are fans to circulate the air on the hottest days and nights, but no air conditioning. Those used to maintaining fridge-level temperatures indoors in the summer should keep this in mind and adapt accordingly.

L’appartement est très bien situé à côtés de grandes plages ou d’autres plus authentiques et dans un endroit encore un peu préservé (roches, dunes, verdure). Il est dans une rue animée ou on se sent en vacances, avec plusieurs restos et commerces de première nécessité. Pour le reste J’ean-louis est de bon conseil. L'appartement est idéalement situé !! Les commerces et les restaurants juste en bas, la rue est passante mais juste ce qu'il faut pour sentir qu'on est en vacances sans pour autant être un boulevard bondé de monde. Quant à l'appartement lui même, il a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir chez soi !! Il est décoré avec goût et le propriétaire extrêmement gentil ! Je recommande vivement ce logement !!!

Idéal
Idéalement situé pour aller à la plage et visiter les environs. Les lits sont confortables et l'appartement est parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque rien. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et Jean-Louis est de bon conseil et nous a tout expliqué pour notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Bel emplacement !
Avons passé un très agréable moment dans ce logement où il ne manquait rien (il y a même une malle remplie de pleins de choses pour la plage !) L'emplacement est parfait, tout à pieds,très bons bars à tapas à proximité immédiate, supérette, plage, belles balades sur chemins côtiers. Et dernier point positif, le propriétaire est très disponible pour répondre à vos questions !

Sehr schöne Wohnung nah am Strand.
Tolles Appartement mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Der freundliche Vermieter war vor Ort und hat bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles erklärt. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung sonst nicht. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Zum tollen Strand sind es ca. 200 Meter. Sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für uns war es eine schöne Woche. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter für seinen tollen Service.

Situation idéale et propriétaire très à l’e De ses locataires.
Propriétaire agréable et souhaitant le mieux pour ses arrivants. Grâce à Jean-Louis, non seulement nous avons profité de la mer dès notre arrivée le samedi, mais aussi toute la journée du départ. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela est un détail par rapport à tout le reste. Merci à Jean-Louis, et nous espérons à bientôt 😉

***** stars for location. Ligging uitstekend direct bij het strand, privé parkeerplaats achter complex, mini supermarkt onder het complex. Grote supermarkt 200 meter van appartement. Prima appartement, bovenste verdieping volle breedte balkon. Nadeel geen zon op balkon, in de zomer prima na en voorjaar jammer, maar strand is nog 3 minuten lopen en terrasjes in overvloed. Bouwstijl jaren 70 zoals groene en bruine wandtegel in badkamer en keuken. Duidelijk te zien dat eigenaar steeds een stukje opknapt nieuwe apparatuur zoals wasmachine, droger, vaatwasser en diverse elektrische keukenapparatuur aanwezig en voldoende kastruimte. Goed contact met de vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij gaan zeker een keer terug!

Superbe vacances dans un appartement bien équipé et proches de tout. Propriétaire accueillant.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé à 2min à pied de la mer. L appartement est très bien équipé, on y a trouvé tout le nécessaire, il est situé au pied de restaurants et autres commerces. Le point très appréciable est le parking privé car en pleine journée se garer est une sinécure. Jean Louis, le propriétaire, à été très accueillant et très prévenant, soucieux de notre bien être et n a pas manqué à nous prodiguer des conseils sur les plages à voir et autres endroits à fréquenter. Désireux d avoir notre ressenti sur son bien je suis certain que Jean Louis ne manquera pas encore d apporter des petites améliorations à son appartement pour le rendre encore plus agréable qu il ne l est déjà. Pour résumer, belles vacances au bord de la mer dans un appartement ayant tout le nécessaire avec un propriétaire qui a le souhait que nous passions les meilleures vacances possible. Je recommande cette location fortement. David.

La ubicación del apartamento es ideal / Lovely location Practicamente a pie de playa / On the beach Hay muchos lugares cerca que se pueden visitar/Many places to visit close Los paseos por el litoral preciosos, con diferentes playas y calas /Lovely coast walks with different beaches and calas. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado, tiene de todo /Very well equiped, it has everything. Lo mejor del partamento es la pequeña terraza donde se puede comer y estar tranquilamente, la vista está muy bien. / The best of the apartment is the small terrace where you can have all meals and stay just relaxing The views from it are very well. Algo muy comodo es que hay un supermercado justo debajo /Very useful is the supermarket just below the apartment.
