House with private swimming pool in Pals, urbanization Mas Tomasí, 3 km from the beach and 2 km from the historic centre of Pals.

The house is located in a plot of 600 m2, and what you will like the most is its exterior with a very well-kept garden. It has a private swimming pool of 32 m2 where you can refresh yourself in summer and it has automatic lighting. In addition, the entire exterior is fenced, which provides security so that the little ones can play in peace.

Between the outdoor swimming pool area and the entrance of the house, there is a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals with friends and family. The house welcomes us with a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms.

In addition, this house has all the comforts to have a perfect holiday: TV, satellite, dishwasher, washing machine, and even heating if you want to visit us in low season!

Klein aber ausreichend für 3, Hund geeignet aber sehr leider sehr veraltet
Für 3 Personen mit Hund absolut ausreichend. Grundstück ist umzäunt, große Hunde kommen allerdings mit wenig Aufwand über das Eingangstürchen. Es ist nett eingerichtet, Betten waren auch ok. Die Dusche ist leider katastrophal und alt. Entweder man duscht sehr heiß oder kalt und das Wasser läuft überall raus. Die Geschirr Ausstattung war leider auf das nötigste begrenzt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick, der Pool war ok und morgens auch erfrischend allerdings wurde er sehr schnell dreckig und das Poolnetz war kaputt. Der Pollmann kam montags und bis Samstag war der Pool recht schmutzig und leicht grün und trüb. Der Aussenbereich gehört ein bisschen mehr gepflegt aber ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig hier.

Location vieillotte
La villa est très bien située pour découvrir la région de Pals. Nous avons été déçu à notre arrivée car contrairement à ce qui est stipulé sur l'annonce, l' extérieur n' est pas du tout entretenu. Heureusement la piscine est propre et la terrasse également. Très peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine, vraiment le strict minimum pour 4 personnes. La douche aurait besoin d' être refaite, eau bouillante ou froide. Villa louée beaucoup trop chère par rapport aux prestations proposées.
