We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: ICE (located at Seacrest Sundries or the Pavillion), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, coffee K cup pods, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

If getting there is half the fun, then Crabby Steve’s is bound to be a blast. Tucked away, right on the beach, behind High Pointe Resort (across the street from condo) in Seacrest Beach, Florida, this is a lesser-known treasure of beach cuisine with something for almost everyone.
Crabby Steve’s is an American/Seafood restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and offering a full menu of delicious food, cold libations, coastal cocktails and a view that’ll make you want to stick around long after the last bite of fish is gone. This establishment is kid-friendly, has a full bar, outside seating with a waterfront view and food that keeps even the locals coming back.
Getting to Crabby Steve’s is perhaps the only confusing part as you have to walk in on the beach, or if you’re staying at Highpoint Resort, through the resort grounds. Sorry, no driving up and dropping off at this unique coastal eatery but it’s well worth it once you’re there.
30A Radio’s Cory Davis considers Crabby Steve’s a personal favorite, and had this to say about the Seacrest Beach eatery: “The allure of Crabby Steve’s is the difficulty in getting there. If you’re staying on property it’s easy, but if not you either have to walk a long way on the beach to get there.” Cory goes on to say the fish sandwiches are his favorite and highly recommended. Don’t take a DJ’s word for it though, check it out for yourself the next time you’re on 30A. I think you’ll be glad you did.

This was a perfect get away!! Everything just steps away. Beach access was amazing. Restaurants literally steps away. Good food, Good music, bike rental super easy and recommended. Pescado restaurant highly recommend. Walk in we’re welcome, our room was perfect over looking the 30a. Pools nice but not really clean. It needs a little more attention.

Bill’s place was great. Spacious for 2, clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Bill was even nice enough to let my pregnant wife and I check in early as our flight arrived at 9:30am. We will not only be back but we will hope to stay at Bill and Carols place again. Great value for money and the beaches were absolutely beautiful.

Amazing spot
Couldn’t have asked for a better location to experience all 30A has to offer. Close to lots of shops and restaurants as well as entertainment every night in the centre of the complex.

Wonderful Week at the Beach!
The property was beautiful and very convenient, right at the heart of Rosemary Beach. The property owner was very nice and very accessible if you needed anything. I highly recommend the property for its excellent location.

Good trip overall but some feedback…
Not enough towels, coffee etc. Had to call twice to get proper amount for our stay. Great location for food and shopping needs. Found many of same units online that were much cheaper to rent and better maintained, once we understood where unit was located. All in all, good stay but will shop units more next time.

30A exceeded our expectations
Let’s start with the location = prefect! Walking to Rosemary Beach is beautiful. Reminded us of the Garden District in New Orleans. Lovely trees and gorgeous homes. Just a short walk to paradise. As for the unit, it fit our needs perfectly. It had all the amenities…bed was super comfortable, bedding was so soft! No need to pack beach chairs, coolers or beach towels. All supplied. So close to beaches and great restaurants. Could not ask for more! We’ll certainly be back!! Thanks Bill and Carol ;)

Heavenly above the candy shop
All was great....and I am very very picky, so this is a more than stellar review. Place was very clean and bed very comfy. The Village is super cute and beach tram to beach is perfect. Pool out back door is quite nice. The hosts thought of everything like in the listing. The only small bump is that it lists a smart TV. It is a bit older LG that if you want to mirror your smartphone to watch a movie or video from your day, you have to pay a fee for an app. And not sure if would even have worked. We had an early cool night and wanted to watch a pre downloaded movie is all. I would definitely stay here again! Loved location!

The property was exactly as shown and provided all necessary amenities. The beach chairs and towels were much appreciated since we traveled by air and couldn’t bring our own. Saved us paying for daily rentals. Bike rental nearby which we also enjoyed. The community/neighborhood is great for both couples and families. Nice pool, restaurants, shops. Easy to walk to Rosemary Beach for additional shopping and dinner. The host was easy to reach and communicate with. Highly recommend.

Short Spring Break Getaway
The condo was perfect for me and my daughter/her friend to get away and enjoy all 30A has to offer. The location was perfect with easy walking to the beaches, restaurants, etc. The room was cute, clean, and had everything we needed including beach chairs! Owners were great and quick at communicating when I had a couple of questions. Would definitely recommend!
