Beautiful hotel, great location. Great kitchen and service team, but grumpy lobby team. Dirty floors, carpets needs washing. Freezing pool water and when asked about heating I received different answers from them. Maintenance assured me that pool heaters are on and set to 84, where management said it is not a heating season in October. Even hot tub was warm not hot. All the kids were there because of freezing pool water. I hope this gets addressed because the place deserves it.

Lovely stay

The room was clean but offered little TP for out stay. The staff was friendly but took over 30 minutes to deliver us with TP after we had requested it at the front desk. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good and they offer afternoon snacks and complimentary drinks for adults. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Had a mother daughter getaway, The hotel is Beautiful and well maintained , but the customer service wasn’t great . Felt unwelcome . Lost power in the room , called downstairs and waited more than 1hr … I found the breaker and fixed it myself… I don’t like messing with electricity..

This was a last minute day trip and I wanted to be near the pier park. I was BLOWN AWAY by how amazing the Embassy was! It’s a beautiful place, loved the easy valet parking, the complimentary drinks, pool, our beautiful room, the delicious buffet breakfast, just… everything!
