The unit was nice and style however the AC did not work and the temperature was constantly 79°, also the towels and the rugs were extremely dirty and filthy but everything else was nice

One of the bathroom towel had a pubic hair on it. It was disgusting. They need to do a better job cleaning. The extra blanket in the walking closet was stain and dirty. The refrigerator smelled like fish. The lady at the check in/ lobby was rude making unnecessary comments. She asked my fiancé if I was his wife, girlfriend or side chick.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that made the difference between excellent and fine. For instance, the main bedroom had sliding door access to the balcony. It was east facing and had a view of a lovely lake/green space but also the main roads. The window treatment on the sliding doors was not blackout and also did not completely close, so the morning sun (at 5am) came straight through as did the street lights, car lights, business signs, and traffic lights at night.
