The location is ideal. The lobby is beautiful. Loved the live music. The complimentary massage was heavenly. Views from pool are amazing. The only negative was the bedding. Very thin top comforter. The room was freezing upon arrival. Despite turning off AC, I had to wear the bathrobe to bed. I would request more bedding.

The best hotel sor me in a while. I travel to numerous destinations every month at least. Everything was excellent. The staff the area the restaurants. The only thing not excellent was the room was quite small, however it was quite clean.

The concierge was rude in multiple occasions and not at all helpful. I also checked out and I was charged more than the receipt I was given. I would not recommend this hotel if you visit the area. I was tremendously disappointed.

Central Hotel is lovely. A perfect place to stay in Casco Viejo. Centrally located near restaurants and sights. The included breakfast buffet was perfect. The gentlemen making omelets was on point. Service overall was excellent except housekeeping didn't show up until 6pm to clean our room, so we declined service. Not a huge deal since we were only there 2 nights.

The property had some wonderful old world charm in its style and decor, including a piano player in the open air lobby. The property is located in a good area to walk the many stores, restaurants/coffee houses, and places of history. We also had very nice massages done while we were there (which were part of our VIP experience) which was very pleasant.

Although the staff at reception was a little not accommodating based on the amenities I had to get from my membership this was resolved. Overall very comfortable stay and will stay again. The taxi guys at the entrance were a bit to over bearing though.

Perfect old world hotel
This hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town. It has a wonderful old world elegance about it, but modern in all respects. The staff very friendly and professional. From the front desk, to the drivers, to the restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet is totally worth it. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous hotel. Great location.
This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly. The property is really beautiful and has been restored. There is live music playing and it gives it a very classy vibe. The rooftop pool is gorgeous but small. The hotel wasn't too busy so it was fine. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned until I called the front desk and requested it. We had been gone all day and I would have liked it cleaned. Note: tell them you want it cleaned before going out!
