We love to travel with our canine Oreo and this is one of the few hotel that are pet friendly. The staff courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

King bed room large, very attractive, good views, bathroom really nice. Two queen rooms are NOT suitable for sharong. No door on the bathroom and room door opens directly to full view of bathroom! Also room narrow, only one shared bedside table.

AC is not gonna work like it says and the shower pressure is terrible. The service is bad and wish they had more food available for breakfast. they micromanage everything.

Bad Humid Smell in the Rooms.
I have stayed here before it is directly across the street from my office in the Atrium Center. The rooms are nice. HOWEVER, this time the first room I was given I had to request a room change after 5 minutes. There was a horrible Musty Humid Smell in the room. When I returned to reception to ask for a change, they admitted they had a problem in many rooms with this situation. I was given a different room on the same floor,. this room "also had the same type smell", just not as strong as the first one. If I was staying in Panama more than 1 night this trip, I would have called Hotels.Com to ask them to move me someplace else.

We stayed here with an 8 month old baby for 4 nights. The staff was so kind and attentive. Kevin, Daniel, Laura and everyone who attended to us was so memorable. There was an explosion around the corner during our stay and the response from the staff was great. Kevin even walked to help retrieve a food delivery order when the driver couldn't get through the blockade. The on-site restaurant was really delicious. We ordered room service and tried the burger, quesadilla, Cesar salad, sancocho (twice) and the chicken wrap which were all surprisingly tasty for what you would assume would be simple items. The bed was very comfortable and they had no hesitation bringing extra pillows and towels. The pool area was under maintenance for a day and the tiles were refreshed and looked amazing. Overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff made us feel like home. We will absolutely be back and will recommend it to others.

Given the extremely reasonable price I was a little scared to book but decided to take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice lobby and rooms. Actually the rooms were a very nice size. It was very close to a strip of restaurants and bars which was nice and only a $5 Uber ride into Casco Viejo. Jason was pleasnant informstive while checking me in. He offered me a few suggestions for food and lounges. Kevin, the bell hop was great as well and as he was getting off work offered to walk me to El Caribe restaurant (great Carribean food) which was on the way to his home. On the downside, the bed was not very comfortable and the breakfast was just ok. I'd definitely stay here again and recommemd it to others.

Poor food, hotel room is overpriced and I did not feel comfortable, I wish I could get a refund or discount immediately and not on next purchase as the staff walked into my room at 5pm who does that and the deluxe room on 14th is not good anything with 16th floor up has a soaker tub especially for two guests, couple who want to be romantic, anyways was not impressed at all for a fancy hotel in Panama
