My wife and I stayed at this property.It was awesome.Our room stayed clean.Shoutout to the Housekeeping staff.We felt at home and slept well as a result.Waitress Yohanna was great.She got to know my favorite tea quickly.The other two ladies in the dinning room was good as well.Front desk team was amazing. Check In and Check Out was very fast.Keep up the good work to the entire staff of Holiday Inn Panama,Financial District.I will recommend others and I will certainly return .

Beds were super comfortable, staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. Only concern was the raunchy smell on our floor, which seemed to be coming through the pipes. Not sure if it was mold or not...

The water in the shower is one temperature. The handle is just an on-off switch. The jacuzzi was the same temp as the pool. The bed skirt was dirty, the trash hadn’t been emptied. Vending machine was broken. No food deliveries allowed. The safe didn’t work. Swim up bar was closed. Towel storage at pool was empty. There were no outlets near the bed. Lobby and restaurant were very cold. The WiFi didn’t work well. The menu is nothing special and overpriced, and didn’t include all ingredients on the dish I ordered. The area isn’t great and I wouldn’t have gone out by myself. Not a great stay overall.

This hotel was okay but I wouldn’t give it above a three star. Their room service was good (I liked the food), the staff was nice but the cleaning most days was subpar. It was one of those places that looks better on the outside than the inside. I thought that staying in the financial district would be great but I’ll stay at only 5 stars for appropriate accommodations from now on. I don’t like being afraid to touch the faucet because I’m unsure it’s clean or the smell of a dirty mop after they clean the room. I also don’t like compromising on modern spaces. You pay for a hotel for a certain feel and service. A motel and hotel should look drastically different. But the staff was nice

I booked Holiday In at the last minute while in Panama i enjoyed my stay there. The property was clean and the staff was great. Easy access to the mall and Metro lots of other options like restaurants and bars were pretti close aswell. The breakfaast was ok but needed more options. Other than that its a lovely place to stay. I am definitely going back next time.
