This is not as promised
Unfortunately this property needs many improvements before it’s up to basic standards. When I booked it there were no reviews. When I checked the week before we came, someone said the main a/c wasn’t working. I messaged Boutique Apartments Panama (who were terrible at communication the entire time) and they said they would make sure it worked. It wasn’t working when we got there. Plus there weren’t enough blankets, some of the linens were stained, there were not enough towels and the bathroom doors would not lock and close. When I complained to BAP, they claimed the a/c was fine and said they couldn’t supply more towels or blankets as “they are not a hotel”. They knew we were 5 people, so it was a lame excuse. Luckily I found the building manager, Cesar, who could not have been nicer and more helpful. He made sure the a/c got fixed the next day, gave us more blankets and towels and had his handyman fix the bathroom doors. The building itself is fine, but the pool is really nice and my family enjoyed the gym. The location is good but I would not stay here until they thoroughly clean the apartment, regrout the shower floors, get better bedding and towels and up their customer service game. In all this experience led to diminished enjoyment for my family. Lesson learned: stay in a hotel in a foreign country.
