The hotel is an old hotel that has been remodeled. Rooms are nice and well equipped. The lobby area, restaurant and bar would benefit from updates. The menu requires to be revised and adapted to the many options that Panama City offers. The most pressing need is training personnel / staff in customer service skills. The Deputy Manager on almost permanente duty, Edwin, really takes care of service and the operation, and very kind. He cannot do everything on his own.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience overall. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. My bedroom was spacious and offered a fantastic view, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I did notice some dust under the bed, which could use attention. The housekeeping department should put more attention on this. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The hotel's location is excellent, and there's plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

This property is clean, the staff makes you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only critique is being on the 17th floor the wifi did not work that well. The breakfast selection was pretty good , there was something for everyone.
