I liked the hotel very much, however, underwears were stolen from one of my suitcases by one of the cleaning staff. This happened on Saturday, November 2nd. I reported the incident to the front desk, but no one did anything. I requested to speak with the Management or the Security, but neither showed up. I left the hotel disappointed, because, I had all the evidence to point to the culprit. All they had to do was check their video camaras. The cleaning lady that day claimed that she did the room after 2:00 PM. That was a blatant lie, I got back to the hotel around 12:45 PM, after having breakfast with my daughter.
