This place did meet our needs
Overall great place to stay. As far as being clean i gave 3 stars, the room was fine but the pool was very murky. Didn't want to get into it. The beds were pretty hard but we managed. You really need to bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking. They have the basics.. I was a little overwhelmed by all the pot smoking going on. Made our room smell skunky. The staff was great but wasnt really happy with the parking. Seems like onsite parking without valet is what people want. If the hotel beside you were not closed I don't know where people would park. We will probaly continue to use this place but we hope a few things will change.

I love this property. Being on the beach with a balcony was amazing. It has a very warm vibe and the staff is very professional. My room was very clean and inviting. I was very comfortable there. I would have liked to have seen more shady areas around the pool ( I only saw one umbrella). Thank you for a great stay, I plan on staying there again,

I didn’t like how roaches would appear in my room and the front desk would never answer the phone. The room that I was assigned was not cleaned well. I paid around $500 so that was very disappointing. The only great thing was the beachfront view with beach access.

We have stayed in MANY hotels over the years, and I have NEVER left a review on one before. However, this hotel was terrible in every way possible. From the moment we checked in, the staff at the desk was cold and very unwelcoming. The woman that checked me in, maybe said 2 words to me. The room was dirty the second we walked into it, with sand on the floors, the shower had hair in it and the room itself felt very dark and depressing. Especially with the beds being on the side of the door, rather than the patio side. Only way to let light in, is to open the curtains that look out onto the walkway for everyone to see. The Ice Machine was broken, the vending machines were broken, and the "restaurant on site" was next door and not affiliated in any way to the hotel. We had live roaches in our bathroom and ran out of toilet paper because we had a half used roll. The $15/day Valet is necessary because there is basically no safe parking on site however, they failed to mention that they are only there until 11 pm, so when we came home after this time, we had to pay another $20 to park in a very sketchy parking lot behind a vape shop. Saturday morning, there were multiple police officers talking to a group of people. I don't know the story behind this, but the property felt very unsafe, even before this incident. The ONLY positive thing I can say about this place is that it is located directly on the beach and the water pressure in the shower.

Rude short customer service-asked for my name and for ID, handed me a packet and walked away without a word. Nasty room that hadn’t been cleaned with mirror, floors and beds dirty. Stove had cooked, caked on food on top of it. So room service had to come clean didn’t leave a roll of toilet paper even though ours was basically gone. There were multiple bugs and I was told they couldn’t spray because we were occupying the room. An offer to switch rooms would have been nice. The shower had been so sloppily fixed with caulking all over floor and sides of the shower.  So then Maintenance had to come. We didn’t k know that and were not there but walked into our room not knowing there was a strange man in our bathroom. There was absolutely NO hot water one day to shower with. All around we were disappointed , discussed, and just couldn’t wait to leave. Overall it was the worst hotel experience I’ve personally ever had. A customer service person was at the desk when I had to go get toilet paper and let him know we didn’t have hot water and he was nice and apologetic and took my info for a refund request but I never heard anything back.

Upon arrival lobby was amazing. But our room was not ready till 415 . We arrived at 130 due to flight. So we had lunch and visited beach . When I asked when breafast was served was told they dont have breakfast . I showed the Hotels.com description page via my phone. Said it was included. So he angrily gave coupons for 5 days x2 of us. Room was ok .was clean bed nice and soft. Door didnt close all way by itself so you had to pull it when leaving. Repeat requests for towels x3 before someone came . Took all day. Shower nice and modern. Ran out hot water 1 morning. Parking was awful to find. We ended up accross street behind a bldg. No towels at pool area entire stay. Hot tub looked dirty so didnt use . Fridge didnt keep things very cold . Overall Price was high for no ammenities resort.

To start off the only thing that was good about the “resort” was that it was on the beach. Staffing was terrible. When we arrived we was asked to pay a resort fee of $31 which on Expedia it told us that it was $21 first red flag. We also paid a $50 deposit and was told we would get it back immediately after checkout so in total we paid $86 that didn’t add up keep that in mind. Next when we got to our room it was pretty clean for the most part but the door to the balcony was soo hard to open it was rotten badly. We was also told that they had complimentary breakfast and even told a time for breakfast but when we asked the next morning a different staff member told us they don’t serve breakfast 2nd red flag. We had other guest that had been there longer than us thought the same thing and was told differently. Later that day the same guest found us and told us the restaurant next door is who gives the resort guest complimentary breakfast and the staffing did not inform us of that. It was time for us to check out and we were waiting for our $50 deposit over 30 mins because they seemed to not want to give it to us they had to check our room first to make sure there wasn’t any damages and that was fine so when they told us our room was good to get our deposit back we was told that we didn’t pay a resort fee and it wasn’t in the system which was a lie I totally think Radisson is a scam and they will try to double charge you to keep your money will never book with them again.

We had to check out a day early due to a family emergency in Atlanta. The hotel and HOTELS.com refused to refund my payment. I was previously a big supporter of Hotels.com but will never use them again. They are clearly not my advocate.

The hotel was pretty nice the pictures on the internet can be alittle misleading of what the room really looks like but other than that I really did enjoy my stay for my birthday weekend.
